Lopez’s microfilm, LOL_onlymiami, records 24 hours in the life of a Miami social media Instagram account during the first weekend of the Black Lives Matter protests. It takes place on a Saturday in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic while peaceful demonstrations in downtown Miami take a turn for the worst. Police cars burn, protesters hurl objects at police, and police retaliate with tear gas a...

MTV's Undressed, a 222 episode series which ran from 1999-2002, seems almost entirely lost to time So here's a fan edit using a cover of Harry Styles's "As it Was" made by some local band in Miami, I think.

can't find this version on youtube (besides the one with the dude talking for like a minute in the beginning) ... it's clearly the best version; the first one; the OG; captured occulted-energy; the apocalyptic original. vibes!

I could watch these series of Miami Vice and never get tired of them!
I'm 61 now and I never bought that white linen suit. Is it too late
@@sirfishalot923 It’s never too late.
0:59 Pause phone holding on left hand.
Snowfall used this song too ❤❤❤
Lmaooo the end
Not even close to the best scene , this one was an attempt to recapture the past. (by the way,the chase scene, where they edit an old clip with Sonny in short hair). look for it watch it again.😮
This is NOT the best scene from Miami Vice. That would be a tie between the final 5 minutes of Out Where The Buses Don't Run and final 5 minutes of Definitely Miami (both from Season 2). "And in my opinion, THIS is the defining / iconic use of the song... Not the pseudo-romantic fragment-poem bullshit they tried to pull off in the first episode" - You could not be more wrong than if you suggested the Testarossa was cooler than the Daytona. The scene in the pilot was a defining moment in television history. It signaled that a TV show, handled properly, could have the same style, atmosphere and visual language as a feature film. Police procedurals (and, in fact, all television) were suddenly catapulted into an era where the aesthetic became it's own character. That one scene transformed television forever. In fact, the sole reason In The Air Tonight was reused in A Bullet For Crockett was to recall its use in the pilot episode and set-up what's essentially a budget-saving clip-show (common at the time, but not really befitting Vice). In fact, In The Air Tonight doesn't actually work very well in the context of this scene.
One question did sunny live arfter being shot
Phll Collins = Miami vice love it
All those cops and they let 2 of them just drive off.
Yea, I dont think so. Rehashing In the Air Tonight from the original pilot episode where the music isn't even in sync with the scene? Now THAT was 80s. I watched that show faithfully from day one, and there's at least 30 better examples than that one. No Exit, Smugglers Blues, Prodigal Son. Waay better moments.
I miss the 80 to
Don always looked so good on this show
Was my Fav, I knew on Friday Nights where I’d be …. Even wore the clothes …
Got to carry weapons’cause you always carry cash.
Back then Miami was flooded with money from the drug trade, and financial systems down there were moving at 1 million miles an hour, it was a great time when any and all was possible. Getting loans in Miami being that the money was being laundered in banks was easy. Miami boomed. It as so prosperous and infamous Miami Vice to this day is the best police show ever, Sunny and Tubbs are probably the only police officer characters that are universally loved because they were so non-police, they were more like cowboys in the Wild West. When is the last time you saw cop who lived on his bat and drive a Ferrari? Never. You had a white guy and a black guy working together, in Miami during that time when there were no holes barred, everything was there and really going on to make the story really good. They used a lot of real stories. I've never seen a show that comes close to this one.
The Metro Dade stations are the same - no remodeling in 30 years!!!
A lesson for all you illegal shit for brains in 2024
A study in Anthropology. Reminds me of my college course in Anthropology. Saw it o cable tv in 1981 whenI was 12. Loved it!!!
This one of many shows that prove Racism is a myth
Brilliant. I wonder if it could be remastered.
Bad quality video.
It was more Porshe V Farrari. Porsche everyday that ends with aY
I must be getting old...I don't remember this scene at all.
Why was this the best scene?
This is for Rickey 🖤
I remember watching this back in 1984ish in Arizona. We had to wait for the weekly episodes. Edgy scenes...
OK, I'll say it! Next season on any network, if they showed Miami Vice again, from the get-go, they would OWN that time slot. Show all five seasons and they would bring back broadcast television to a must-see event again. People would gather in front of their huge tv's, with Dolby sound, and watch true greatness again. Let that sink in. You just watched a short video, and it had great action and a superb soundtrack. Think how cool it would be with today's audio video sets. Wouldn't that be cool?
looks pretty cheesy to me
most religious song ever made oh lord oh lord say it 30 times typical english well don johnson nothing hanging out of his mouth amazing
Indeed one of the best scenes of major Miami vice. But, where is the blood of Enrike. He had received three bullets from Sonny. 😂😂😂😂😂
Don Johnson is great 👍👍❤
what a F.... BS, who the F....are you pseudo Clowns, shame on you, probably some , Computer/IA Idiotts, who do you think needs this endless Crap...................😓😭🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Half a dozen men had the drop on them and they still couldn’t hit them while they jump over some crates gimme a break
His first mistake was letting a woman drive.
How does crocket run away sweltering Miami and not sweat? He is just the con essential cool guy.
Poor Tubbs - never got to drive the sexy car and had a handgun that was laughable.
Great clip episode, but what I will always remember is the pot belly stuntman falling in darkness.
Production values for shit
Coming home from a high school football game on a Friday night to watch Miami Vice … good times
For Crocket, getting over being shot in the chest and falling three stories was super-easy, barely an inconvenience.
Andy got a sprained neck from the suplex
Who’s the girl that shot Sonny ?
Best show there ever was
He could sell it
best episode ever and diracted by the man who did Driller killer
Ii like the cars
The 80's taught me how to get Funky on the MO MO...... .....(microphone)
