My Airway Closed Off! What Was It?
A very scary thing happened to me last night. I awoke suddenly unable to breathe. It was not sleep apnea, but a rare condition called Sleep-Related Laryngospasm. I'll tell you all about it.

Thank you so much for this. I have to inject solu-cortef for adrenal insufficiency at times. It can already be a struggle given the shaking and weakness. Even though I have watched other videos before and injected, the tips you give in this video and the way you explained it really clicked for me. Thank you.

THANK GOD I found this site! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! I watched it twice then did each step along with Nurse Scott including the cough-barely felt a thing! EASY, EASY, EASY! Man, I used that same spot one time and I hit a nerve or something. My leg kicked and it felt like I was shocked all the way up to my brain. Bleed pretty decent. Only happened once though. It was like that old Microsoft game minesweep after that. The stretching the skin was a game changer and I’ve moved more outward since and have had no problems. Still takes about 5 mins to calm my nerves.
