Hi Could you please assist me , I was on student visa in 2017 and in 2018 I got Graduate Entrepreneur Visa, and I stayed till Oct 2019 in UK. In September 2019 I went back to India to meet my family because my father in law had an accident but my visa was valid till then. After that covid came and we stuck there. Sir mera medical ho gaya ta 6 april 2023 than follow up medical request aye 28 april medical ki jo kai 3 months per depend karta ta tb test so i gave them test in three months july of 27 ko mera last test howa permonologist dr sai jo mai nai de dya and reports clear aye ... phir mujhay 28 august ko mail aye s56 ki medical repors not found than i request to medical panal and they send them or mai nai khud be uplad ki medical reports immi acc mai ab helth section mai no further action required show ho raha or tab sai aba tak process status mai further assestment show ho raha i mean 4 sep sai ab jan 2024 ... what can i do now its take long time and didnot process my case how can i foolow up my case can i call ammigration by phone

But the medical officer still concluded that a hypothetical person with the same condition could have a strain on the Australian healthcare system & would cost AUD500,000 for treatments & medical expenses. He concluded that I did not satisy the health requirements. How do I respond to this if I’m already in remission & treatment-free?? And this has been mentioned already during my medicals. I’m not sure why the medical officer still didn’t take it into consideration?

I’ll have 2 years with the same employer on February but only 8 months whilst on a 482 visa. Can I apply to PR in February or I have to wait 2 year with the 482 visa? (I was on the 485 before). In other words, do I need 2 years with the 482 visa or 2 years with the employee?

The dept. of home affairs website says the "STSOL 482 to PR (186)" pathway is only available for 2 years, but the actual legislative instrument has no mention of this whatsoever - it actually says it'll be valid until 2032. I see literally every migration agency saying "this pathway will only be available until July 2024". Some actual definitive clarity here would be absolutely fantastic!! Thanks

Should I ask him for 186 now or its better first to be in Australia and then ask for 186 and if its the later case , do I need to work with my current employer for minimum 3 years to apply for 186 visa or it can be right after 482 visa is offered ? thanks in advance Reply
