Hi Could you please assist me , I was on student visa in 2017 and in 2018 I got Graduate Entrepreneur Visa, and I stayed till Oct 2019 in UK. In September 2019 I went back to India to meet my family because my father in law had an accident but my visa was valid till then. After that covid came and we stuck there. I was unaware of this scheme. I am back in UK in September 2023 again on student visa. Can I avail this concessions?
