Easier PR Pathways for 482 Visa Holders

I’ll have 2 years with the same employer on February but only 8 months whilst on a 482 visa. Can I apply to PR in February or I have to wait 2 year with the 482 visa? (I was on the 485 before).
In other words, do I need 2 years with the 482 visa or 2 years with the employee?

Can Onhire labour agreement companies (OHLA) also offer 186 after 2 years?
