I have not had any issues like that, no. I usually charge the battery out of the bike and rely on the charger light to indicate full charge. Each time I reinstall the battery, it shows 100% on the dash. I have heard some people need to discharge the battery (ride a little) to get to full charge.

@alexdombi-weridetwo One more question with the chain have you had to tighten it at all since you put it together? And would you rather this chain tight or loose or sorta in the middle. Or similar to a normal dirt bike?

I've had to adjust it 3 times in 120 miles. It's very similar to a dirt bike. You want some slack in it so it doesn't bind as the rear suspension compresses

I can't speak for the music, but I enjoy the bike and will own that I crashed. 😂 There's no evidence of dog 💩 anywhere, though 🙃

I think that's important in the use case of jumping a lot, but for the street I haven't heard of many surrons breaking. I got the Rawrr for more track use than street, so the stronger frame was something I considered for sure.

Someone told me to sell my Rawrr (like surron) and buy a gas bike.

It's the size of a klx140 but so much more responsive and better to jump with. I had a 140 for years and loved that thing

@alexdombi-weridetwo sickk I saw a klx110 xl at a trunker treat and it was so cool but I don't got a name brand I got a Chinese one a kayo tt140 it look ugly but it ripss but it takes a little bit of Maintenence bc you jave to change the oil after two hours once u get it then after that it's 6 hours then the chain it's baggy but really easy to fix

@@alexdombi-weridetwo the only reason I know this is because I've done the same thing many times. You see deep mudd and your natural reaction is too let off but that's the worst thing you can do. Get your weight over the rear wheel and make sure your in the upper rpm range and you'll be fine.

No disrespect felt at all- I do it because it's fun and can. It's not great on full size MX tracks but is a blast on smaller intermediate tracks and pit bike tracks. I also plan to take it to a kart track on supermoto tires. The top speed is 50mph and it's plenty of power for it.

They are the same top speed, yes. I did a short/vertical video showing the top speeds of all 3. The difference is in the throttle response. In Race mode the throttle is "twitchier" and Sport is fast but "smoother" I'll note, that I also disconnected the brake sensors that cut power when the brakes are applied.

They need to be up like that due to the amount of suspension travel. I did have to add an attachment point for the brake line because it kept getting stuck on the weird cross bar that's in front of the display.

Truthfully, I only sit in the turns when on the track. I have zero complaints about this seat. I'd love to get an aftermarket cover for it but that would be purely for looks and I don't know that I want to spend the money on that at the moment. If you have a dealer local to you, see if they have one in stock and see if the seat works for you.

The shocks are not bad after setting up for my size and style of riding. They do a decent job but aren't full MX forks, like you said.

I'd like to get my hands on the Altis for some testing. It could be a great option as it is priced better than the Ultra Bee. For me, the NFC key card is not something I'd want to deal with. The low price point of the Mantis X and strong form function is what sold me. It's a pit bike and relatively inexpensive.

They ride very much like a 2-stroke in the sense that there isn't any engine braking- unless you have the app and can turn on regen. The lightness is amazing on this size class!

You're right that sometimes it's good to hear your surroundings. I haven't spooked anyone by passing them (that I know of). Maybe I'll start using the horn or calling out to riders :D

Thankfully, many motocross tracks are wide enough that you can pass safely without putting any others at risk.

Riding with friends it ALWAYS better. I have some friends with the Mantis X, Surron Light Bee, and Talaria MX5. I hope to get a video together soon of all variations on the track at once.
