I wear compressions socks made with wool and love them for my office job since I sit for long periods they are also great for when I take my breaks and exercise! Wool is lovely and naturally odor resistant I can wear one pair for 3-4 days before washing. 😊

I usually bring skincare/beauty products or sweets/tea/local alcohol&food as gifts from my trips. This way it does not become clutter

I recently gave up my TV. I thought I’d miss it, but surprisingly, I do not, especially the news. I get in more reading and I love the quietness of my life now. I do regret spending so much money on clothes. I’m 68, and no longer feel the need to do this anymore but there are temptations out there, believe me! 😊 And souvenirs…another stupid waste of money. But, we live and learn. Good for you know all of this at such a young age! Lovely video. Thanks!
