Hi everyone! My name is Mike. I've been working on bikes and been a part of the riding community for over 20 years. I've enjoyed sharing my knowledge and helping people become more mechanically proficient. Over the past couple decades, I've had every job in the industry you could imagine. I've been a control rider with a couple track day organizations, I've taught Level 1 & 2 Total Control and I own my own motorcycle repair shop. I'm eager to share my knowledge and techniques with everyone to help them on their mechanical journey. Stay tuned!

It vibrates for another reason 😂
Dude, how did they actually ride? I'm looking at these for my 2016 750 but they are really expensive.
0:55 correction - should be "you are not fully engaging you clutch". Too tight cable and no free play causing the clutch to be slightly disengaged, not visa versa.
Drill bushing are very good. We use them to drill straight holes . Ain’t nothing like an elongated hole. 😒
Wow, a Snap On torque wrench! I bet that wasn't cheap!
yeah its like 750$.
I bought all three (1/4, 3/8 & 1/2) for $1500 roughly 10 years ago.
Great tip! I bet most mechanics don't do this!
I missed your videos. Welcome back!
Harbor freight makes exact same pair for $20😂😂
He probably got them prior to the HF copy? Also, why would you care if some spend more on something? Does it affect you and your life? Keep that same energy for actual stuff that does affect you and your livelihood.
Can you share the brand and where to get it
That thing is fresh off the truck.
My first bike(daytona 600) i got few monhts ago (as father of 4) (i got it in a trade) had tires Dot xx03 I didnt know better so i rode bike in november trough janury, until someone finaly noticed i was using 22 year old tires (front one was dot xx07) Finaly i drove to mechanic earlier today, cant wait to try bike with proper tires :D
I needed this video I got a lot of play didn’t know how to adjust it till now on my 2011 zx6r
Thanks for the great content. I am rebuilding a 2007 sv650. Trying to get to the fuel injectors to clean them. Fingers crossed.
Super!
But Conrod portion can slip
Does the gas come out if there’s still some in there?
why not just mark both and use a zip tie 😅
This is by far the best video I found for my K6 GSXR750. Just finished replacing my plugs and upgrading my air filter to KnN with confidence because of this. I feel like a seasoned pro now. Thank You Sir!
I want tge older ones like that
Yea but I have few of those not completed set and the new ones are not Like that
Can I even make a perfect allingment just with the notches?
dang it take my money!!
Thank you !
SnapOn mini hockey stick
What Solution are you using in your ultra sonic cleaner. Thank you. Awesome video
But woudlnt the grease just stick grime to it and end up doing more damage in the end?
Before posting a video like this and misleading people, you should do some homework and find out how rope plugs work great on motorcycles hires - And I'm talking about for the street, not the track - And you should find out what tire manufacturers say about age of tires. 10 years can be fine. Don't take my word for it though, get it from the manufacturers. The least any of them will say is 5 years.
Got reversed into last week and my footpeg snapped clean off, got replacements and I'm gonna now be brave and try change them out myself, thank u for the super clear video, hopefully I'll succeed
Same happened to me yesterday lol. Dude reversed right into my parked motorcycle.
I bought the sets in both metric and standard almost 20yrs ago now. There still holding up with no issues whatsoever, I can vouch for their longevity.
You help me so much, i try to make this like 3 times and nothing and then i saw your video that caliper must be up. Thanks so much!
Thanks. I like using KPA. Does anyone else use psi or kpa???
I feel like it’s more accurate.😊
That a nice set of pliers lad. 😅
thanks bro
My 650 fell over and it was that bloody PIN that caused my Stock Clip-on to Snap Off. This Video is perfect for my Situation... Thanks for Posting.
Good Video. Interesting idea about turning the pistons. Only differences I see with other YT vids about front brake jobs is 1: The use of brake cleaner to clean piston seals. 2: Holding down the brake lever while tightening up caliper bolts to help center caliper on the disc.
Great video. Thank you for the candor and the attention to detail. Very helpful.
I have a question for you, what solvent or solution do you use in your ultrasonic cleaner?? I've tried several different kinds but they all turn the aluminum a dark dull gray :( I want bright and shiny
lucky you. the yamaha cp3 engine has the cam caps as one piece for both intake and exhaust on the side of engine closest to cam gears.
Made in China now
Three to five the tires are just fine, unless it is cracking. Heat and especially the sun is what sucks the life out of them. If they were protected from those conditions they stay good much longer than that. I even bought a 02 Daytona that had four miles on it two years ago. Everything was all original being stored all those years everything was showroom condition. Even had to break in the engine. Changed all fluids and started riding keeping the old tire thing in the back of my head and staying careful. After a while I realized the tires were just fine. Slowly gaining trust has to be done over time and I have full trust in them now. Not saying people should snatch old tires because there are possible issues but experiencing these "23"
Sorry but im not changing my tire when i plug it 😭
Very cool and easy I’ll pick one up. Did you get this straight from their website?
oh my goodness
hey man i just wanted to know if you can help me out. I have a ducati monster 620 2003 that i washed. Unfortunately after i washed it didnt want to start. Before hand it started up perfectly. From what i can see it does prime, there is sparks on the lower cylinder and little to none spark at the top cylinder. I also pulled the sparks to check them though when i went to take the out they were covered in fuel (mostly the top cylinder spark plug), and black residue is also starting to build up due to the starting attempts. I’d really appreciate any tips or advice. Cool tool though!!!
@@Kiwipre hmm, Make sure everything is completely dry, I used an air compressor and get into every little nook and cranny. Then try again, you didn’t get any water in the fuel tank right? I would check the bottom of the tank for water just incase….
@ I noticed water marks beneath the gas tank, suggesting that water may have seeped under it. To address the issue, I drained the fuel and am now systematically inspecting every component, including the wiring, ECU, battery regulator, and spark coils.
Saw the ZX4RR race bike that Motojitsu showed you did. You should do like a track upgrade video series! It would smack cheeks!
Video is helping me atm, thank you for sharing it! Everybody has told me I have to drain my tank to remove it, but ill try unplugging it and hopefully you are a respectable gentleman.. :S
Well that's really good tip. Thank you
Oooh this is perfect. Going to buy this bike next year they look amazing.
Good video mate, thanks for posting!
