what you are doing is a tough build, I have built over 200 teardrops and I have found its best not to over think things, you don't need to have such drastic angles to shed water because the truck won't be perfectly level especially when you store it, "keep it simple" and the build we be more enjoyable. keep it up :)

Very nice build. Especially for a young not carpenter or woodworker. Might think about cheap (harbor freight) solar & small battery system. A little power is always nice.

It's way better to have the tailgate that you can close like you did. Plus you can get a locking tailgate replacement handle.

Those are door hinges but you mounted them totally wrong. You're supposed to mortise one side into the jamb and the other side into the door. Look at any door in your house Anyone can just unscrew them.

How do you get it in the truck? The jacks alone would cost $800.

I've watched several of your videos and I really like your tub design and the arches for the roof. The bedliner looks good. I'm in the early planning stages of designing a camping pod that will slide into my 7x13 Karavan utility trailer. I'll be "painting" the entire exterior with bedliner. Good looking camper!

Not picking tge great job you did but just a comment. Most truck campers I’ve seen have a turn buckle to tighten up snug to the truck. I’m sure it won’t go anywhere but if you were to have an accident, would your connectors hold up? Just a tip, you did a good job on your build.

Hey man great video series! I'm grateful that you credited Endgame for the original series on this type of build. I picked up your build plans and they are helping quite a bit with my version of this build. The main difference for me is that I live in my truck full time so this tiny camper will need to be insulated and have a few more amenities. The point is, I wouldn't be as far along in planning as i am without your help, so thank you! And again, thank you for giving credit to Endgame. There is a video out there that the dude bit your build and has a shit ton of views, and the creator chose not to give any credit back to you or Endgame or anyone.. anyway thanks again for making this - cheers!

Quick question you may have said this and i missed it but, do your unit rest on the sides of the truck or is there a gap there and it only sits on the bottom ? I heard someone say somewhere that it should not sit on the sides but can't recall who. Just wondering what your take was. Thanks in advance

Dude nice job, myself I'd recommend 2 things; extend it over the cab (storage, not sleeping) plus higher head room right to the cab and extend it out to the end of the tailgate. Then you can set up a drop down table (bed) at the back and have room for a kitchenette (2 gas burners & ice box) and maybe a small stand-up wardrobe across from it.... : )

what size truck bed do you have
