Introducing a new wave of therapy, using alternative methods to treat pain while stabilizing, strengthening, and bringing out the best in your body!
At our studio we use an effective form of structural massage therapy called Neurosomatic Therapy, used to identify and eliminate the source of your pain. We then go deeper into aligning your body by releasing painful trigger points that may be inhibiting proper movement patterns. Specific Pilates (Kane School) strengthening exercises are then used to stabilize your body in its new and proper postural position. Along with self care and lifestyle analysis, getting you back on track and healing.

Hello, I have both top front thighs numbness. Can you please let me know what exercises can help? Thanks Very much
This may indicate nerve entrapment in the lumbar area perhaps L3. Try our video on “pelvic clocks” that mobilizes the lumbar region. If persistent a visit to the physician may be warranted .
@@shilatirabassi1325 thanks very much for the reply. Ok, will try. Have a nice day
Do you have any exercises for internal tibial torsion?
ua-cam.com/video/ajnCZQfV1Wo/v-deo.html I'm interested to know your opinion
Very helpful. Thank you. She’s so beautiful too. ☺️
What do you do if you have both? X-rays show my neck is straight from c5 and upwards. But also have forward head. Chin tucks irritates nerves in my neck and cause the front of my neck to become numb and I lose the ability to swallow for hours. Physical therapists keep freaking out, sending me to the neurologist and ENT who says they doesn't know what's causing it and sends me back to PT and this cycle repeats over and over. Any exercises trying to extend my neck back causes massive vertigo.
Hey Terry, I've got both as well. Straight neck but forward head. I think it's a balance and compensation thing in my case. My neck is hyperextended back and is forcing forward so that I don't fall backwards as both my C spine and T spine are straight. We're meant to have curves in the spine. Cannot do chin tucks or retractions either. Cannot tilt up too. Reckon the folks who are helped by chin tucks/retractions/extensions might not have significant whole body postural shifts. Once you do, have to address the whole system. I think it's key to find a therapist who can suggest exercises and modifications for your particular condition. I've not had success in this regard. It's not a neck thing per se but the position of the upper back and ribcage and its relationship to the neck. So there's elements of mobility, range of motion and strengthening in different areas that we need. But it's specific to each of us. And seems like a long process. I'm doing mid and upper back exercises, but not extension ones (as people tend to suggest) because I'm already hyperextended there. Am trying to slowly add thoracic flexion - rounding the upper back - but for me I can't round the neck. Very easy to trip up when there's multiple issues. If I stretch or release the neck, I also create issues. In fact, I've developed hypermobility there and in the mid to low back. Hang in there and hope you can find a good therapist and answers. I need that too :) Try some deep breathing exercises. It's not just for stress. It's used as a therapy exercise for the diaphragm and ribcage, like an internal stretch. Brings down tension in the neck, jaw, upper back too. In a sensitized state, it helps to do micro-movements - meaning you limit how big the movement is, and start with few reps and allow the body to acclimatize. No need to go to end range. Don't force anything and allow for when your body just can't do exercises that day. It takes years to get to this state. Healing is quite a journey:)
Any clues as to this roadmap: buccinator raphe phatyngial constrictor and posterior longitudinal ligament
Is it possible to have both issues?
really helped, thx!

External tibial torsion is a rotational deformity of the shin bone. It can only be fixed with surgery.
If the torsion is happening at the joint it can be corrected with exercise, if the torsion is happening midway on the tibia/fibula then you may need surgery although exercise can help this to a degree as well.
In what way would exercise help if the bone is twisted mid way?
@@gonnabapro I would like an answer to this as well. :/
@@gonnabapro it's not the bone, it's a muscle along the shin
