Myself, my Mom, husband and our son were deeply traumatized by the loss of my sister. I can not Thank YOU enough for your excellent performance!! This is our second year attending and am so grateful to have an evening like this to take all our blues away! I am still feeling good!! Just need to see Billy Strings live once a week for maintenance💜

It's so beautiful that music can bring you back to people for a moment. I had a friend who could play the guitar like nobody else, kike for real he was really really good, he played mostly psycadelic stoner with his band Graansilo, the friend I'm talking about is Tim, the guy with the long curls (if you have the time it's worth a listen, they are on youtube) unfortunatly he died on an overdose, he had severe OCD and took a lot of drugs to surpress it. He finally decided that get sober and went to rehab, first night back home he took the same amount of drugs he used to before rehab, obviously that was to much, his body couldn't take it and his mother found him on knees and head on the ground outside the house. Believe it or not, but like a real rockstar he died at 27. He was the nicest, sweetest, most himble guy ever, it's so sad that the demons won, he deserved so much better❤ think he would have absolutly loved Billy Strings.

Back in around 2009 ish I stopped for a noon time beer in Kincardine Ontario. I had a great little coversation with Mr. Cockburn. Me a vagrant truck driver inadvertantly sat down right next to him. What a feeling that came over me as I realized I was sitting next to and chatting with the guy who wrote Wandering Where The Lions Are.Was a beautifull summer day on the coast of Lake Huron

I remember buying this on vhs in late eighties as an 18 or 19 year old only a few months after hearing Bruce for the first time ( if a tree falls). For the next 15 years he was all i listened to until i started to broaden my musical horizons. Still go back to him from time to time to reminisce. Living in Ireland i felt like i was the only irish person who had ever heard of him until he visited in the early 90's and i realised there were a few other lucky fellow countrymen.
