Who knew fish had such big balls 😂 I think a lot of depression is perpetuated by negative patterns of thought and behaviour. Travel shatters routines and disrupts these patterns. Rather than looking for what fits the patterns which constrain us, travel lets us see new patterns, and as you point out in the video, the belief in what's possible is renewed. I think what has the greatest bearing on our lives is not the one off events, like travel itself, but the consistent behaviours that those events subsequently allow us to establish. I also love iCarly. I used to watch it with my daughter when she was younger! Thank you for the video and I'm glad you're feeling better these days.

I love the style of cinematography/editing. The clips might be snapshot style like we all take with our phones, but how you've cut them together along with the filters and sound you've added, it makes me nostalgic for a life that isn't even mine. I also like your observation that birthdays can act as a prompt to look back on the previous year and what we have achieved. I think the most important part of that, is that we are comparing ourselves to ourselves, which is the true measure of our growth and development. I'm in my 30s now and it's amazing how my 20s feels so long ago, yet in a weird contradiction, time seems to have gone by in a flash. All we ever really have is this moment we're in, that is what life is, a single finite moment stretched to infinity.

As the internet gets over run by bots spewing AI content, the experiences, thoughts, opinions and even just smiles of actual human beings become that much more special. You can try to feed the algorithm to get more viewers or subs, but you'd likely be trading some of your authenticity to do that. Keep true to yourself! In the middle of me watching AI related stuff, this video showed up in my recommendations. The title made me curious, so i clicked on it just to see what it's about. I let the video play, while simultaneously checking out some other tech related stuff. Your voice and the stuff you were saying caught my attention so i switched back to the video and watched it to the end. After watching it I wanted to say something nice. I didn't want to come off as preachy and dish out some unwanted advice, especially because i don't know you or haven't watched any of your other videos. I didn't want to say anything till i got to know you better or see what you make videos about. I'll probably try check out your other videos and hopefully come back and say something meaningfully nice at some point :)) , but for now... as a fellow flawed human, who is also bad at finishing things... :)) I like seeing you be positive and motivated for yourself more than anything else. It's nice to see that you are committed to making this work. I'd say, don't put too much pressure on yourself and take it easy and keep doing whatever you're dong as long as you're enjoying it. Hello, I never comment on videos but I thought it was rather interesting that this popped up right was I was about to turn the computer off. It's currently 2am where I am and I am about to climb a mountain to go stargazing. I live right at the base of a mountain range and spend a lot of my time hiking by myself. The light pollution from the city is too bright to see the stars from below, but up in the mountains the night sky is super clear. I'm not sure what this has to do with the content in this video but I just thought it was interesting that I saw this video at exactly this time. Anyways, I'm happy to be your 428th subscriber :) I hope your channel grows exponentially from here on out.
