what id really love for hercules to do is 1 asap is make a dang jigsaw already like come on. Great idea we did it when I was a kid The only thing I would suggest is burning the wood prior to building the structure to make sure to get every inch of the wood

You can spray the laquer on at the same time so it dries quicker.
