Many cabin crew on western Airlines like BA, Virgin, Lufthansa, Air France, American Airlines etc etc are rude and racist towards non European passengers. Shame on them they shouldn't be in this industry if they have such an attitude and should not be employed. They should be sacked

I have travelled on Air India a number of times and have found the aircraft, service ,food , drinks and in-flight entertainment all very good. Air India are very generous with their food and drink compared to western Airlines. In regards to your experience with rude Air Canada staff , do you think they were racist. You mentioned that they we rudd to you and fellow passengers. Were they only rude to Indian passengers?

Maintenance by Air India before tata takover is horrible. I blame the Government of India for making Air India like a useless airline. They should have privatized it long time back. I feel encouraged , because over years I have had very bad experiences with Air India . I always enjoyed Air Canada - every thing was great. Years back the best option was British Airways , was ok, I feel good now after watching your Video because I am flying with Air India after decades , end of this month Vancouver to Delhi - My journey starts in Calgary ends in Goa . Lets see how it goes.

Travelled in Ai188 from Toronto to Delhi a few days before. Nothing changed. Situation is even worst. My entertainment system was not even working. Requested help from hostess as soon as flight took off, she told me she will reset it & she got disappeared. When she reappeared for beverage service, I requested her again, she repeated the same thing "will reset it" & just vanished. Requested help from two more hostess, same story & they all disappeared magically. I still had hope & i thought they will be busy. After 3 hours, when the first hostess were serving lunch, i requested her again & at that time, she told me it may not be working. At that moment I realized, all the crew were aware about that its nor working, they were just fooling around to buy some time. May be that will be the training they got, after all they cant do anything about the condition of the flight. But thats just pathetic, they should have told it earlier. For 3 hours I was waiting for them to reset it with hope. The entertainment system in the seat next to me had picture but sadly no audio, so they couldn't use it either. My seat was not reclining, had to sit 90 degree for entire flight & got bad headache. Toilet was not clean. Overhead light was not turning off using remote. Had to call hostess multiple times to turn it off from their end & waited for more than 3 hours to make that happen. Seats were old & not clean (I am not bothered about that though), but i wish atleast the reclining was working. It was my first airindia flight & Airindia disappointed me & made an impression on me. Overall bad experience. Sadly I booked it 2 days prior for an emergency & hence couldn't go through any reviews & got a blow on my face.

Problems to buy tickets are cost and halt 1 stop plus15 hours sitting in halted airport.. seats are not problem but fat persond inser tummy in my chair and i kept 2 legs under right hand railin isle. Flight Ir Canada. Food no problem. You have idea of increased stop 15 hours sitting in airport. Some years back only maximum 4 hours halt. This problem is no one is understanding useless people,

Air Canada food is horrible with less portion in 12 hrs they have us 1 meal and a snack ( plane croissant & yoghurt) . I would prefer air India over air Canada anytime

This is my true story of a horrific experience that happened to me on renting apartments in Montreal, i had to look for a new apartment to rent due to having to leave my apartment i was at due to fire damages that was caused by another tentant in apartment complex,anyhow i soon there after found a new apartment,this new apartment was renting for $1100.00 it had just been renovated and really nice and clean,however my horrific experience was just about to get much worse,just at the time the covid19 outbreak came around i was settling into my new apartment and really happy i had found a new place,so i thought...i soon began feeling very sick in this apartment and i kept trying to figure out why i was feeling this way,well to cut my true story short,i found out after 5 months and becoming really sick that there were drug dealers who had set up a meth lab in an apartment agent to my mine and the fumes from cooking there meth drug had been seeping into my apartment getting me very sick, still today i have lingering horriffic symptoms do to this meth poisoning, i have seen doctors and explained to them about my bad experience,i have persistance symptoms of lung problems, sinuses and bad headackes which start in this place,i found out the chemical these drug dealers were using to cook this meth was called Ether which is a mix of sulfuric acid and alcohol along with other very toxic dangerous chemicals,however the Ether chemical mix has a very sweet smell not a bad smell which is very deceiving to the sense of smell leaving you thinking how wounderful the air smells around,if you`ve rented you know there are all kinds of smells around,however it was to late by then ,how i found out it was a meth lab is a long story,i had been poisoned really bad but just as bad as getting sick is that when there is meth contamination that seeps into apartments,everything becomes contaminated,i mean everything,from cloths to furniture,tv bed,the smallest objects everything,i couldn`t take anything with me due to meth residue contamination,meth lab spores are really bad,they will linger in everything for years continue making one sick and very hard to wash or get rid of,i had to dispose of everything i had,thousands of dollars lost,all my belongings,it was horrible so horrible,the land lord had no idea this was going on in his building only later to know,also from what i have found out is that these dangerous meth lab apartments are common,i rent from a friend now and will never again rent from others,i still am sick with long lasting bad symptoms fearing for my health ,so i say Renter beware.
