epson15000 reads paper remains inside because its placed sideways, load a4 size paper to the paper cassette to remove paper inside. i dont understand im tryin to use rear feed not the casse but no matter what i do any size i try and thats with making sure that the setting are all the same and everything. im so confused on why and how and what to do.

I am planning to buy the same exact thing, but the system does not come with a chip. I really don’t know what that is about but I’m guessing if it does not come with a chip, I will not be able to use it correct and how often do you have to replace this chip?

Where did you get the tubes with cartridges?

I might have missed it in the video, but I read you have to change some chip to convert. Is this not true for this printer? Just got one today and want to convert it. Also, I see in the link that they have UV dtf ink. Is that for shirts and signs and things? I thought it was 2 different things so was trying to decide which route to take since I already have an ET15000 converted to sublimation for shirts, but love being able to apply the dtf to any fabric. Mine was saying the ink cartridge was empty and I couldn't find a reset button anywhere. I was in panic mode! LOL This worked like a charm! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
