your small filter inside the printhead is cloged, every time you clean the channel the clog will come back.......change the manifold, or use a needle to damage the filter from under the manifold
How often are you having to perform this sort of maintenance? I kinda wanna give DTF a go with a XP15000, but I see so many horror stories. I've been doing sublimation for years, so I don't know if the maintenance and upkeep is similar??
This is daily and depending how much you print it could be twice a day. There's a lot of folks destroying printers because they are not keeping up with the maintaince.
What cleaning solution would you recommend? At the start of converting a epson 1430. Do I need to remove center rollers to not effect print? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I use DTF cleaning from vvinks.com Yes you need to remove those center rollers and leave two on each side . Come by the Facebook, there's a ton of people there, including myself, that will be more then happy to help you absolutely FREE!
