I am not sure if you guys done a ground level research, but resident already living in Executive homes are fed up with management, my opinion that people should not choose any builder who is not able to provide good maintenance. Maintenance is as important as anything for end users

If you guys visiting any project and see residents living their then you should talk with them, and get information on "after possession experience". Maintenance, management etc experience. After all residents are the true judge who can tell about society and builder experience. Right now you presenting written information. We "viewers" need true experience of area, which can only shared by residents or local neighbour people. Buying good home is not a issue, it is living experience which matter most. Please consider this point and make your future video on another level.
