Very common with anxiety disorders or just natural born worriers. Your not sctually dead so its just one of those things. Hard to resolve so just learn to live with it and that you died but survived. Cant be all bad being dead then realising your alive. Reading a story a while back of a person who had spent several days( declared dead ) in the morgue chiller but when they pulled her out of she woke up, now thats a fkn nightmare😂.

Very helpful. Great video! It was a lot really fast. So to get the best sleep, it is best to take melatonin 4-6 hr before desired bedtime; and it is best to get light exposure when, in a bit more straight forward terms if possible? 🙏

Sleep apnea is a primary risk factor for STROKE. As someone who works with stroke patients, I’d far rather wear a CPAP than suffer the debilitation and hospital bills, and potential long term complications & expenses associated with stroke.

I’m seeing a sleep medicine practitioner and she brought up IH as a potential diagnosis for me after a sleep study ruled out sleep apnea. This video makes me feel seen and understood. I have been on Ritalin for my ADHD for a few years and it helps alleviate some symptoms, but has become less effective over the years. Thank you for this video.

I heard meditative people better tuned in to the vibration of the collective unconscious can be healthily awake for days; but these people are the exception, and mostly precognitive empaths. Will artificial intelligence program itself with DNA capable of epigenetics to adapt to the signal from the collective unconscious records? Will it deplete the overall awareness of humanity by reason of viewing the akashic records as a limited quantity weakened by it?

This is absolutely fascinating. I was just diagnosed with narcolepsy this week, and it really is advocating for yourself. I was suspicious of it being a possibility when I was having symptoms of cataplexy. My doctor told me I was probably wrong and that I most likely just needed a cpap for my sleep apnea and to lose some weight. I can't believe that is usually the answer. It can be infuriating. I decided to seek out my own appointment with a pulmonologist and, ultimately, had a sleep study. I'm so glad that I did, and I have been looking into alternatives, and hopefully, I will not have to take the stimulants. It's wild that amphetamines are seen to be the "fix" if you will. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping me to start navigating my own narcolepsy treatment journey. It is under recognized, and not talked about very often.

For those considering watching this video ~ They are just SELLING alternative products. Everything here costs at least as much as a CPAP and you still have no idea whether it will help at all or be covered by your insurance. Literally stuff for your doctor and zero information for you, no alternative here until you hear it from your doctor and/or insurance. They are hoping YOU will sell it to your doctor or insurance. SALES PEOPLE. No benefit for the lay person.

I have 5% body fat and have an athletic physique. Being overweight definitely is not the only cause of sleep apnea. From what I'm learning, I think it has a lot more to do with jaw development. A protracted lower jaw constricts the air space around the back of the throat. Turns out gen alpha might be onto something with their mewing obsession. And "silent" acid reflux which inflames the throat and causes post-nasal drip but doesn't have the obvious symptoms of acid refulx.
