When you're getting your share from a battle I'm guessing it is at that point when any modifiers for prestige or army tradition from battles get applied? Your channel is really starting to build up a good arsenal of videos with obscure tips and tricks, gunna have to go through and rewatch them at some point..

is it possible to trigger the bonfire of the vanities if you formed Tuscany as a republic but didn't start as Florence?, if yes then i think Milan might be arguably the best nation overall to start with in Italy (the mission tree. while not quite Venice. offers a considerable amount of long term bonuses. the national ideas are arguably comparable to Florence/Tuscany for the most part. you still can get anything you want from the Italian formables (including better national ideas). has some helpful stuff for the short term. slightly better alliance options than most other starting Italian nations, and if you can get the bonfire of vanities as Tuscany then you can time when to become a theocracy before becoming Italy)

So, basically, this is the balls to the wall Frederick the Second approach to playing. Also, admin isn't important until you actually need buildings and ideas unlocked. Which again, isn't important until a century in; You can easily catch up with a +3 advisor and +1 to estate privilege later with admin focus, so with 9 to 14 admin per month you can catch up in admin tech within 20 years once you're finished expanding.
