Hello friends! January 7th is Distaff Day, where after the holidays of Christmas, we're allowed to start spinning again (not that I ever stop spinning). To celebrate the holiest of days Saint Distaff Day my Patrons and I organised a little Saint Distaff Day Secret Santa Gift Exchange. In this video I will prepare the floofs for whomever gets my gift. Sadly, I did not receive my gift of floofs, so instead I added the video, which at first was a Patreon exclusive, of my spinning some Andean Mountain Sheep wool on a ring distaff for the very first time.
So hopefully you enjoy this chaotic mishmash of footage of both carding on a drumcarder, blending some wool fibers and spinning some other wool into yarn.
