👍👍
The fly is not connected in the correct place, they connect on the little loop below the toggle.
I have found that out but thank you
What year is your panda. Been looking for something small to put my roof tent on. Not doing mega mileage in it
Mine panda 4x4 is a 2017 model Oli
Good to see you back, buddy. That pertex quilt looks the buisness.
It's OK but expensive thanks Ste I need to get out for the sake of my own sanity to be honest
one question i did have and always wondered.....what stops the tent just sliding off?? im assuming just the tension when you tighten it? cos i noticed on every roof tent you slide in the plates and bolts into the rails you install on the underneath of tent but notice they dont have anything to lock them in place etc
Just the toughness off the brackets mine hasn't moved I check the bolts occasionally to br sure
Your overview was brilliant, thank you
@geminirhythmspirit2573 thank you glad you enjoyed it thank you for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated 👍
mines arrives at some point this week, this video a huge help!! didnt realise had to install the rails to bottom of tent....away to b&q to get bigger washers, or might wait till ir arrives coz knowing my luck ill get the wrong washers and bolt wont fit through them ahahaha! great video tho, def a huge help seeing how its done
Thank you for watching and commenting Ross I'm glad I could help enjoy happy camping
Thanks for the video...I bought a Skylite off the back of it and looking forward to using it. Just tried fitting my Snugpak underquilt which didnt really fit...wrong shape as not rectangular. Will look at the OneWind underquilt for it as yours looks to fit well. Just the standard underquilt from them? They seem to do a few. Do you have a link? Thank you. ATB, Paul.
Thanks for watching and commenting Paul the standard onewind underquilt will fit good hammock for the money
Thanks for your prompt response......ordered! Yes, the hammock looks great quality...no loose threads on mine too.
Good review! Thank you.
@curly__3 thank you for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated

Be good to get back out eventually next year I'll book a few holidays to get out been a nightmare this last year
Good to see you back 👍
Thanks Ian it's appreciated
Nice video. Looks like a good cross between a gathered-end and a bridge hammock. I prefer the GEs, I do own a RidgeRunner bridge and I don't really see what all the hype is about. I get it that it's flat, and that's probably my problem. It's too flat for me, to the point that I had to add a ridgeline just to give it a little sag. If I were a mummy sleeper that never moves, perhaps I would appreciate the bridge hammocks more, but at some point I need to move, bend a knee, raise a leg. Unfortunately with bridge hammocks the point of most tension is the edge along the center by the hips and legs, so resting the leg against that is not very comfortable. Wondering if the Onewind would solve that. Great video, thanks again!
@RicMor200 it's a good thing everyone is different gives us loads of alternatives I'm a bridge hammock person for sure suits my way of sleeping I find the Amok draumr the must comfortable hammock I've ever slept in but I love my ridge runner and banyan to oh and the helsdon the onewind is closer to a gathered end hammock than a bridge thanks for watching and commenting Rick it's greatly appreciated 👍
Really like how night vision infrared light is invisible.
Only basic night vission the infrared led can be seen on the equipment but only at short distance and the animals can't see it
Many thanks 👍
Hi there would you happen to have a name or a link for the Led lights please.
It's a while ago now just amazon outdoor led usb lights there was quite a few to choose from Gary

Hi young man, I'm looking to buy myself a lay flat hammock and was looking at the Warbonet RRunner and the Dutch Gear Banyan. I'n your opinion which do you think is the better hammock. Respectfully yours..
Hi Julian I would say in my opinion the are both equally as good there is very little in them but the warbonnet edges it with the storage built into the hammock thanks for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated
Hi there young man, I'm looking to buy this hammock, could you tell me if you've had any issues with it. Many thanks in advance.
@juliankerrell7281 not up to now Julian seems to be holding up
Nice one, I finally get to see someone actually using this in real uncut time. Thanks. How tall are you?
I'm 6ft Dave thanks for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated Amok are really comfy
Thank you for the video Backpacks with external frames are the best for heavy loads
I agree thank you for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated
I got mine today it just great 👍 I think it's better then the Alice pack except the Price
Expensive for sure
@@BoltonMaverickoutdoors yes with the side packs aswell. I like the molle it's Mitch more modular then the Alice
Great video. I use a Savotta 202 as a scouting pack. Absolutely bombproof.
Thanks for watching and commenting definitely bomb proof love the packs don't like the import tax to the UK though
Link?
Sorry I don't have a link

Lots of stuff in there! Personally, I like the 18/20 L packs.
Thanks for watching and commenting jwgbmp it's greatly appreciated I like the quality and price of helicon tex gear it's reasonably priced
great review i wanted a chest rig that ticks all the boxs without costing a fortune .and im buying one now so thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching and commenting they are good value 👍
One wind does sell a bug net for that hammock.
Yes they have informed me thanks for the info 👍
@@BoltonMaverickoutdoors the bug net is a nightmare to figure out. It doesn’t come with directions.
@denniskuenze659 there's loads of bugnets which fit to be honest
I love your camp site. The beauty of hammock camping is the ability to pitch in areas where the ground is uneven. My wife and I even pitched on a slope of a hill once (it was in desperation), I just made sure to get my wife in her hammock at night and got her out in the morning to ensure she literally didn't roll down the hill.
Thank you for watching and commenting Theodore glad there where no misshaps on your trip I love hammocks own loads of them thanks again
I have one of these and a warbonnet. It felt good on a test run i did. I got the large rain fly. I never tried the warbonnet yet. Hennessey was easy to setup and take down. Bout 3 mins and im done. Better then a tent. ( I have a bad back )
I can't sleep jn a gathered end hammock only use lay flat hammocks now thank you for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated
@BoltonMaverickoutdoors I seen a warbonnet lay flat hammock somewhere. Id like to try it out.
I've got one, great piece of kit for a lightweight camp. The corners dig in a little but a foam sit mat on top solves that, I just need to work out a way of clipping it to the stool so it doesn't blow away. You can use pegs to stop the stool blowing away, as that almost happened to me last week.
Not bad though thanks for watching and commenting it's greatly appreciated
Hey john good to see that your back in good health thank you for the videos 👍
Thank you for watching its a long process but still alive
Good to see you're back and started on your channel again. Don't push yourself too hard tho.
Thank you I'll try but nature has a way of slowing you down if it's needed
FYI, When U Make A Video, U Need To Stand Alot Closer To The Camera...
Thanks for the advice
Hi John, great to see you up and about again. Good to see the little fella wagging his tail. Take care buddy.
Thank you Dave from me and nipper

Thank you I still think its a cracker
Welcome back, it's very good seeing you again! Very pleased seeing you doing a review again, you looking well and hopefully your feeling well!
Thank you Reinier it's good to be back a bit out of practice but hope ill get my mojo back
Good to see you back, decent weather will be here soon. I like the wynex one but not sure if i can wear one because of my defibrilator 👍
Cheers Neil I'm not sure to be honest
Good to see you back at it. Hope you are feeling better.
Thank you Micheal I'm getting there slowly
Welcome back! Good to see you looking well.

Thank you for the sub

I'll try

Great videos, thanks from Ireland

So I don’t know if you can answer this easily or not, but being a little claustrophobic, and having things like multiple coyotes just outside my camp, makes me feel the need to be able to open the mesh quickly. Military style zips can be easily pulled open, but other zippers force you to use the pull tab. Do you know if the zip for the mesh can be pulled apart, or only with the pull tab?
U don't think so Jim I haven't tried though to be honest but the zips seem ordinary
Maybe replace the zips with velcro
Estoy finalmente en mi hamaca en el bosque. Me encanta! Gracias 🌲
