Case 930 CK injection pump and injectors removal
Thanks a lot. I have a 1986 165 JD that I keep in perfect condition, but din't quite know how to change the oil in those components. I inherited it 18 years ago from an old ant that sold her house. She loved her 165. She passed away at age 99. I keep the 165 to remember her. You helped.
No problem. Glad I could help.
Gotta say that’s an awesome awesome tractor I was raised on a 1969 830 comfort King with Case O matic she was a sharp one like yours just a little under 70 hp I think one thing I wanted to make mention yours is color correct I believe the 930s and the 1030s had the yellow steering column like the gas tank and hood desert tan I think they called it but the 830 is on down as I remember them even though people do not restore them like that had an orange cast steering column like the engine and transmission
Ever put 930 sleeves and cast pistons in a 900, hell of a power house
Howdy. These combines are used in Canada and the U.S. Knew they probably cost around $50000 U.S.
My dad had a 30, made hay with it, cutting, raking and baling.
Awesome! Nice work 👍
What brand of paint did you use? Looking to paint my 930 CK.
Did you Find a Solution to the long crank issue ? Did you determine if the HPOP reservoir was dropping it's oil level overnight ?
932 was my best tractor next to my 1175
Had a 930 for 25 years best tractor i ever had 1175 wasnt far behind it
That’s nice
I'm almost thinking buy new
It's the same one of this one he says...so is 800 to high for such an older model
I got a question for ya..is this mower worth 850 in great condition..someone sold a gd I was interested in for 600 and he said he had a better one he wanted 800 for 850 with delivery but this is an older model would 800 be worth it if in great condition
years ago werent all tractor dealerships close by U had 2 go 2 the next town or city where they had a case tractor dealership I looked and there was a case tractor dealership about a hr drive away where at I dont know 4 sure it was listened W a address /IVE have seen a elctric 12 volt fuel pump used on a diesel tractor 🚜 😊 be 4 even W the old manual hand fuel pump 2 push the diesel fuel it does work OK 👌 and it helps primp the engine faster 😊😊 no body uses the powder in the tractor tires no more it will eat the wheels up and rust them out 😮😮 OMG 2 27 2O24
the tractors sound good 😊😊 and some 1 done a good paint job on both tractors there places that restore the flat belt paper pulleys I myself I like the steel flat belt pulleys U find NF IVE seen them be 4 😊😊 OMG 2 27 2O24
Thank you and thanks for watching
Is the coop e3 motor wise the same as the cockshutt 30 ? My grandfather had a pair of cockshutts , a 20 and a 30 I remember both pretty well but thinking that he used the 20 more than the 30 ! Thanks for sharing your tractors !❤❤❤
Yes the 30 was identical to the co-op other than the paint scheme. Thanks for watching.
,😅😅😮😅😅😮😮😅
U more likely got dirt in the control valve
Good day William Went passed PdI ?? feed mill thought of u Want to wish u & yours Merry Christmas & healthy happy new Yr. On Kitchener radio station advertise for property for sale in Tavistock Thanks Everything going well !
Howdy Don merry Christmas to you as well. It’s been a struggle to get corn off this year
I’m from Wisconsin. We had a 930 Case CK, diesel, don’t have it anymore, was brand new because I got to drive it home from the dealership. Was kept in a cold shed over winter. We also had a block heater for that reason. Was mostly used on the semi mounted plow, 5/20 inch bottoms. It did have factory cab on it also. That was one awesome tractor to drive for field work.
My owners manual says do not drain or change the transmission oil.
The filter get dirty and plugged so you have to drain it there is a process when filling but seems like Noone knows how to do it for some reason
Just stumbled upon this. Spent countless hours on a 930 just like that (Well, not as nice.) in my youth. They're great tractors, and you did a fantastic job on this one.
Thanks 👍
I have a co-op just like that one. It has no hydraulic pump! It's still fun. It has the solid wide front.
It does have live hydraulic though.
Now take it out and plow us a field. Let's see how much guts it has.
They were built 60-69 not 67. They didn't come with straight pipes.
What happened to your 3 point top link? I've been looking for a nice way to secure mine when not in use. Any suggestions?
Do you know how to get the fan blade off the hydro?
Some is bolted on some has a snapring special pliers for that😅
Man, I love those cab steps! Did you fabricate them yourself? Where can I get them?
I had them custom made. My father in-law has trouble getting up on tractors. Thanks for watching.
Never mind, I hear at 6:35 you say they're custom made. Nice job! Do you find that they hit the ground when you're doing field work?
No but they bottom out when loading on the trailer.
@@williamchambers7235 Good thing you made them removable then. Beautiful build! Thanks for the video!
I’m curious how long those injector rings last. I made the mistake of using those doorman products and it I told me Jack is out about three months later in about the O-ring was already eaten through. Best music, injector sales you can buy are the ones made by Ford.
I don’t want to hear that lol thanks for watching.
Love the sound and look of that tractor. My grandfather used them for many years, the first vehicle I ever drove. Very sentimental to me.
Awesome thanks for watching.
Well done. I have one just like it. Not quite as nice but good mower.
I have a orange painted E3 or 30 . The grill says cockshutt. The orange was painted over the red and yellow. There are no decals. I'd like to know how that happened. Serial # 21299
Probably someone painted over it. Maybe they didn’t have enough tractors to fill a contract so they painted a 30 orange? I’m not sure. Great tractor either way.
Good day William. 1 st I met JD dealer at a neighbour from Tavistock, ask him about your wife . He said see went to a blue dealer? 2nd the case emblem, there was a on-line sale down in Jarvis & ?? there was emblem I think 22 ins. high it went $9900. Anyways hope everything is going well thanks for now.
Yup she needed a change but she still has green blood lol. That’s a crazy price! I can’t believe what this stuff goes for. Have a great day Don
Thanks for posting this, just ordered a kit and now I feel like I should go to Napa and buy a cup to make sure they’re the right size.
No problem glad I could help
The return filter just above the pump. There is a flexible line there that is notorious for sucking air which causes a sputtering issue usually on just that closest injector.
Is that cockshutt the one that has the turbine in the middle?
I had a 930 back in the day, best damn tractor ever. Wish I owned this one.
maybe the lift pump?
When I took the brakes apart on my Cuckshutt 30 I was lucky enough to find that the outer spline washers werre still there. They are a soft rubber washer that conforms to the splines when the tab washer is compressed under the cap nut. Yours appear to be missing but I think that if you trace the tab washers onto some neoprene and cut them out, that will work. I'd like to see a video on replacing wheel seals .
Good day William I just watch your video again. How are things going. Thanks
Things are good I’m not on UA-cam much anymore. Mostly TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. We are working at the edible beans. How are things with you?
@@williamchambers7235 Well when u are 72 all this new stuff, can't keep up. Thanks
Trim your zip ties and hide the wires better if possible. Looks good though.
That’s just wonderful.
Thanks for watching
Do I put the oil and gear oil in the same breather hole do they mix ??????
Idk if you still got any of them tees u still need to replace or not but the best thing to do is buy some for a 2940 John Deere. There identical but are brass and will last forever cheaper than replacing the rubber ones every 2 years
Done a really nice job it looks beautiful my neighbor had one back in the seventies and that was his biggest tractor had duals on it I remember you pulled a 12-ft disc and a 12-ft drag behind it missed the days of them small farms nice job
If i get one of these would you be willing to restore for a price? I find them all of the time, would love to get one restored to new just like this one. Looking for someone to restore one for me
I have the exact same tractor. My grandpa bought it brand new in the 60s. It’s a good work horse but has its issues like they all do
We have one and they are work horses!!! Easy on the fuel consumption.....runs clean too!! I wish ours had the pto like that one.
Yes they definitely are. Thanks for watching
Uh where do you fill the axle?
I sold that mower so I can’t even look for you. I believe there is an Allen screw on the side to fill it which also is the check plug but I could be wrong sorry
