OMG, in your entrepreneurial bag, the trips looked like such a worthy experience!. Just like that hair, all I saw is GROWTH!. Can’t wait to see the place and see more content 🥹👌🏾
So much growth. Can’t wait to share it all!
Welcome bacckkkkk!!!!!
Thank you!
That's a nice spot!
Thank you! It’s my old place. I moved into a new place now.
I live in another city of Mexico, but love Mexico. After 2 years living in a "tourist" area I also now live in a "non tourist" area with 95% locals and love it. I feel more connected in this area. My neighbors look after me. LOL That is a great price for being in Mexico City And Utilities included. You won with that one.
Thank you! I no longer live there but luckily I got a great deal with my current spot. And glad you’ve been able to build connections with your neighbors. 🙏🏿
Hi Tapuwa, how the WiFi is nowadays, Better than 2020?
I’m not sure to be quite honest. I haven’t been back in 5 years. I suggest checking on Reddit.
Your apartment is so nice, I want to visit Mexico soon.
You should. It’s a great country.
This was hands down the most resourceful video i have found on Tulum while staying here for a month. You gotta keep making more videos!!
Thank you! I’m working on it.
Thank you so much for the information--very helpful for me. Blessings.
Thanks! Very helpful!
I stayed in a Navarte Airbnb my last visit to CDMX and I really liked the vibes of that area also. Your apartment is nice but I’d never get a wink of sleep right on the road like that. My Airbnb was a half block or so off of a busy road and even with my iPad noisemaker turned up full volume, I was awakened throughout the night by loud trucks, Jake brakes, and blaring music.
I hear what you’re saying! I eventually moved because of the noise.
@@TapuwaWilliam were you able to find a quieter place? I love the big city but I don’t want to be right in the middle of the noise.
@@crjetpilot I was!
I've been finding to get worse treatment, when I try to talk in Spanish there. Also, I can accept service being on Caribbean time, but I found service to be just downright terribly overall there. They don't check on you, they don't have friendly service, let alone thank you or say goodbye...this is all after scamming outsiders, too.
Thank you. Super helpful. I'm considering Navarte also. I appreciate the details including rent amount. Good deal.
Thank you!
I was wondering what happened to buckwheat, there you are
Great Video! Thank you!
You’re welcome!
Hi my dear, where do you suggest to spend new years there?
very good price !
I here you being in local in Tulum for the past 15 years, but the beaches in Playa Del carmen are much more contaminated. You practically swim in sewer water there.
Super informative video. Thank you for sharing your actual living experience in both towns.
You’re welcome!
Good video man. Gracias!
De nada!
Very good video, we are Sonia and Daniel from our small channel in Argentina🙋♂
Thank you! 👋🏿
Where are you living now ?
In Mexico City.
These persons are problems, nothing but problems.
Which “persons”?
gringos, u know.
Can I rent an apartment in Mexico but still work in the US
Do you mean work remotely in the US?
Both gross places. Merida is still real mexico
Define “real Mexico”.
@@TapuwaWilliam A place where American resorts don’t block the beach so the locals have to got to one tiny section at the end. No influencers running around being vain clowns. A place where things aren’t an obscene mark up. Where Mexicans have businesses not just working for foreign owned conglomerates.
I hope your still liking tulum i want to purchase a condo in tulum and live there three months out of the year as a fellow you tuber i hope to see you in tulum and say hi …
I’m actually now in Mexico City ha ha.
Great price
It is!
Thanks for the very informative video. What about the Airbnb places that have wifi? Have you stayed in any that have wifi that is good enough to work?
wifi in Mexico City is really good so you won’t have an issue finding an Airbnb with good wifi.
Born and raised in Mexico City. I moved to LA in 2000. I lived there for 18 years. Now I have been living in Guadalajara for a few years. I've missed Mexico City every day since leaving. I travel there every chance I get and I am never disappointed. Glad you enjoy my city. I am thankful for all your kind words and the great videos you have posted on your life there. Take care and keep the good work.
Thanks Ruy. Appreciate support and the kind words.
This is a great video thank you for sharing!!
Really helpful as I explore what to expect working remote from cdmx!
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching
What a valuable video. Thank you for all the hints
You’re welcome!
Thanks for the comprehensive and informative video! I'm thinking about visiting CDMX in a month or two. How would you rate its safety? I've been to places like Brazil (Northeast area) and Argentina (Buenos Aires) and haven't felt particularly unsafe, but I'm always on alert and only go out into town with my husband. How do you think we'd fare in CDMX? I'm dying to try all the delicious foods and drinks you mentioned! It looks like a fun city to explore
You’ll be fine! CDMX is both safe and unsafe you just have to know which neighborhoods to avoid. I talk about that more in my “Before you go to Mexico City” video.
Ok so now that time has passed, do you still choose Playa over Tulum?
100%!
Do people ever use golf carts?
No that’s not a thing in Tulum.
nice tour, thats a great deal! love Mexico city
Thank you!
Is it save in the City?
Yes
My friend do you still live in playa and will you be there in May?
No I’m not in Playa anymore
Thx for the tour great video
You’re welcome!
I'm moving to Mexico and it's nice to get information like this
Thanks for watching!
Tnx!
Hi! Thank you for the video! Where can I pay annual taxes for the scooter? I heard I can do it online. Thanks!
I’m not sure about that tbh. I didn’t pay annual taxes for my scooter when I had it. Never even heard of that.
Thank you for your videos. Did you upload a video about how to find an affordable place to rent in playa Del Carmen?
I sure did! ua-cam.com/video/Cfowszp_RbI/v-deo.html
Hello. Which place is better Cancun or Playa del Carmen. I'm moving next month.
It really depends on what you are looking for because they are both different inspire being close to each other. I personally preferred Playa Del Carmen.
Thanks. Great video
You’re welcome.
PDC is so much better .better. infrastructure and so much cheaper
Could you say where the open cenotes are? Thank you!!💜
The last two cenotes I mentioned are open cenotes. And Casa Tortuga is a mix of closed and open cenotes.
Are you still in Playa?
No. Not anymore.
@@TapuwaWilliam oh ok

Thank you! 🙏🏿
