I was converted to atheism by a Christian trying to convert me to Christianity. Listening to them explain how they interpret particularly popular Bible stories was just a lesson in Occam's razor and other major fallacies. Quite simply put it just doesn't make any sense and if you ever say that you just don't know how something happened you cannot answer it with God stuff done it as an explanation That's cheating and an argument from incredulity. It would be better to just keep your beliefs to your own self.

If you aren't aware of other religions/faiths/sects also venerating humans as either gods or close to gods, then you should google the Dalai Lama, the Emperor of Japan, the North Korean Kim family, etc. They are all considered Gods or reincarnations of such, and despite the nonsense and silliness of it all, millions (yes, millions!) of supposedly "normal" human beings believe it with all their heart. And are willing to live their lives and force others to also live their lives as the venerated holy leader demands.

Prayer is self-delusion but serves a great purpose by providing comfort to stressed people which is good thing.

Exercise is not something you have to go somewhere to do. You can go the long way, park further away, run up and down the steps, walk your dog, walk rather than take a lift/elevator. An australian lady walked around her clothesline in her backyard, speed walking, worked up to jogging it, then running, then around her house. After all that she took on her block. If you didn't walk far in ages, you may get woozy, get some electroytes. It's easier to collapse safely, if you didn't actually go anywhere. Get some weights, can be a can of something, a bag of rice, or 2 taped together, or a water bottle or 2, don't drink them until you are finished exercising. Different sizes are differing weights. Put some weight on your ankles and walk? Exercise while at your desk, do push ups in your chair, walk around your desk to pick up photocopies? Have a couple of mouthfuls of plain water every 20 mins or so, for your kidneys to work well. Exercise in front of the telly, try cycling in the air, lift your legs up, punch the air or walk circles around your couch. Watch a few physio doc guys on the tube? and learn what is good for folk or best left out. Have fun with it, dance? Get moving and it will be easier to go jogging, or to the gym later. Do star jumps, skip rope. Learn some warm ups to start and warm downs to end with. Get some help to do more complex moves safely. Do bigger workouts when there is someone around, to get help if you need it. Start once a week and build up. Get an elastic exercise band... find out how they work first. All the best.

Since you're so into bass singers I have to recommend The Bass Gang, if you haven't discovered them yet. They started putting out videos about 2 or 3 years ago, amazing work since they were all remote from each other. Bobby Bass and Peter Barber are from two different areas int he United States, Tomi P is from the Czech Republic, and Marwan Ayman is Egyptian. Peter and Bobby went to Tomi for Arabian Nights which dropped about 11 months ago; Marwan couldn't get a visa out. That skinny little kid with and deep bass voice just recently turned twenty. Peter's a professional opera singer and a reactor. It's so much fun to watch him react to seeing his group's completed videos for the first time.

I was raised as one of those people. Always at least one or two Bible studies going, missions trips to Haiti, street ministry, junior Bible quiz, senior Bible quiz, all that. Then I joined the Marines. It took no time flat to realize religion is like Santa. Invisible man watching everything everyone does promising future rewards if you'll be good now. I try to be good now for goodness sake. Care without hope of reward. I believe in the intrinsic importance of community, responsibility and love.
