Missed all vitals in my opinion, possibly hit an artery. Can see blood squirt out the entry broadehead definitely deployed, shot is for sure high and forward. Looks good but thats becasue you see the fletching in flight still 5yds or more from the bear right where you want it but the arrow had more right travel before impact. Can see blood coming out high and a bit forward of the shoulder, still exiting high and in front of the shoulder on the far side.

I always take middle of the middle as - take the middle of the body or the center section , front leg to rump. And find middle of middle section in the vertical and horizontal. I like to go slightly foreward of the middle or day 6-8 inches behind shoulder
