How does this happen?
I have symptoms of prostatitis help me please
Hi @Pepengutot, please send us an email at help@aidplan.com
I have PGAD caused by the Pudendal nerve. I get injections and take oxycodone three times a day. Otherwise I'd go nuts with this rare issue.
Hey @Raiders555, thank you for sharing. Hang in there! If you would like to reach out, please do so: help@aidplan.com. All the best!
Mine is bad when sitting and even worse with lying down. Have to sleep with ice bag in rear area to dull the burning throb.
Hello @Rollwithit699, have you seen a doctor already? Icing for relief means typically something could be infected...
@@aidplan It's been there ever since a very difficult childbirth in 1974. Has worsened through the years. It's been MRI'd and revealed no obvious cause. No one suspected pudendal nerve damage until recently.
@@Rollwithit699 Our AidPlan-Courses might give a well deserved relief, they adress the situation around the pudendal nerve. Since you have had issues with that for 50 years now, it will still take time, I am afraid...

How is ganica and neuropathy??? Do these effect the fertility? Please help me im in pain it's very much worse when i sit please help me 😭😭😭😭
Hello @MariaKousar-k3x, what do mean by your first sentence? The pain is typically more intense while sitting, as the sacrum is subjected to greater stress. The weight of the upper body rests on the pelvis, and the potentially overstimulated gluteal and hip muscles are mechanically strained even further. Ergo: The already stressed pelvis experiences additional pressure while sitting, resulting in increased pain.
@aidplan what do you mean to say ? Please clearly Say that

Thank you for sharing @NutrientFooddiaries, what do you do to relieve the pain? You probably need some time to let the pain flare-ups gradually subside. The AidPlan program, with our 12-week plan, can provide you with a precise routine to help address this issue.
Hi doctor I need really help I'm in my 20's and I'm facing non bacterial pain I went to many doctor's still it's not getting better having burning pain trigger the pain is not going
Its fine if you are gonna use minimal que, but at least say when to switch legs. Did you actually test your own video as an active participant? If you're on your back looking at the ceiling, without a que, how is someone gonna know when to switch legs if you don't tell them? Won't be watching again. It isn't narrated well, and I don't feel like having to bend my neck to watch the screen. I started with a sore back, and ended with a sore neck because of this. Thanks but no thanks. Re-narrate your video properly.
Perfect, this helps . I never knew men needed this . Thanks so much ❤!!
Thank you, much appreciated!!
I've started this symptoms recently after laser treatment for a large kidney stone, a month ago, my urologist says 'it will settle, my own doctor treated me for fungal infection. I have had repeated UTis for 6 months before the kidney stone was found. Does anyone know if there is a connection with shooting burning pains down my right leg to shin and toes, like an electric shock. I'm on muscle relaxants various pain killers and treatments for constipation? I need to go back to doctor as nothing helping. 凸 回
Hi @libellula3313. Thanl you for reaching out. The issue you are describing is probably not related to the pudendal nerve, as it does not innervate the leg or shin. However, kidney issues can produce all kinds of back problems, and back spasms can sometimes cause peripheral nerve issues, potentially leading to shooting pain down the leg. Please note that this is only my assumption based on the symptoms you described and not a diagnosis of any kind. Diagnosing via UA-cam or without seeing and assessing you in person is not possible.
Hey there the last few weeks I've noticed a vibrating sensation that feels like it's coming from the tip of my penis. It seems to come and go, I'm not sure if it's from a pelvic floor issue or something else, I am going to physical therapy for a regiment of treatment following a motor vehicle accident where I was rear-ended but I did notice this prior to that accident occurring but it seems now it is more prevalent and noticeable when it does occur. I've been drinking a lot of decaf coffee throughout the day and evening and very little water so I'm going to try to up my water intake and decrease some of my coffee intake. Just wondering if you have ever heard of this symptom due to cpps as I've been doing a lot of Internet research and quite a few people are saying it definitely could be related. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!
Hi @videosandmore5277, thank you for writing. Yes, it could be related. Please also have your lower spine and neck checked. I just want to point out something important: you’re already referring to CPPS, which stands for chronic pelvic pain syndrome. By definition, a chronic condition is one that has persisted for more than three months. Even if you have symptoms related to your genital area, it’s important to approach treatment like you would for a "car accident patient," addressing your back, the entire hip and glute area, as well as the pelvic floor. However, don’t get lost in endless Google searches or trying to find the "perfect" doctor - that can lead to the condition becoming chronic.
Hi, thanks for this video, I have one question regarding the story you mentioned about the young guy who used to bend his leg. Can you please explain more what is the treatment plan/exercises that he did? And how much time would it take?
Hi @KevinHani, thank you for asking. The treatment plan combined a lot of stretching and foam rolling for the adductors on a daily basis. We added light strengthening exercises over time (he is now working out with the Copenhagen plank). We treated the obturator internus muscle, gluteus medius, and piriformis. Additionally, we introduced light strength training gradually. His commitment was amazing, as he learned how to meditate (not an easy task) to reduce his stress levels and improve his awareness of sitting and standing posture. This helped him decrease the provocation of the afflicted area. He also has been on some meds in the beginning but reduced the intake over time. we experienced some flare ups, but in the end he was good to go
In your opinion, does a lot of sitting, combined with obesity create a firestorm for this condition?
Hello @willfulmisfortune3679, I would not dare to say it is the cause for your firestorm, but it might add a lot of stress on your PFM
I am a 40 year old male who has been dealing with penile pain for the last 4 months. It all came about as a result of excessive rough sex/masturbation and the use of a penis pump. The pain is felt after urination and upon arousal. There have been a few instances that the pain went away four hours after straining during a bowel movement. Does this sound like pudendal neuralgia or just penile nerve damage?
Hi @naturallaw1580, from your brief descriptions, both nerve damage and damage to the blood vessels in the penile area could be causing your symptoms. The erectile tissue itself might also be affected. Please consult a doctor for an accurate diagnosis!
Thanks for actually showing how to do this
What I once thought was prostatitis and CPPS turned out to be prostate cancer. On top of watching this video, get your PSA checked.
Thank you, @viktoremares - guys, don’t miss your annual appointment with your urologist!
Very good description of trigger points. Thank you
would it to make more sense to do the reverse kegel first to unthighten the pelvic floor muscles then the kegel to strenghten them
Thank you, @billorollo6755 - it depends... if you suffer from a tight PF or pudendal neuralgia then do reverse kegel first and then add regular kegels after some time. If your symptomes are caused by a "weak" (better: dysfunctional) PF, you could start with regular kegels.
Can you add Chinese characters to your website? Because there are a lot of patients in China who don't know how to treat this disease. 你的網頁可以加上中文字嗎?因為在中國存在極大量的患者不知如何這個病.

After you do these go into a squat standing or laying down. Whilst belly breathing take both of your thumbs and run them down either side of your groin deep. Start at the top of pubic bone and apply pressure slowly pushing them down to the base of your glute. If you feel any bound up muscle or tension along the way work on it with your thumbs whilst holding a belly breath until it release a little. It might be slightly painful and sore the next few days. Keep at it daily until you cannot feel anything bound up or tense or odd feeling all the way down to your ass. If one side feels different to the other then it's a hint at where you probably have the issue. Doing the stretches in the video everyday plus the above made all my symptoms disappear completely in 3months. Good luck guys!
Circumcision is not helpful for treating male pelvic problems. It is harmful and should be avoided.
Can there be multiple trigger points?
I’ve been feeling a tingling sensation behind my buttocks, which sometimes triggers orgasms that come in waves when the tingling intensifies. I’ve been experiencing this for a few weeks now, and based on the videos I’ve watched, I think my neuralgia might be caused by frequently crossing my left leg over my right. I just became aware of this habit. Will correcting it help me?

Hi. I want to inform you guys that CPPS is not caused by an infection, but an inflammation in your nerves near your prostate or somewhere in your pelvic floor. It is psychological, neurological and muscular disorder. This causes tightening and shortening of your pelvic muscles. The same as with levator ani syndrome, possibly it appears through an inflammation in arcus tendon inside your pelvic floor. Stress and anxiety, earlier infections and surgery are the root causes. The only thing that worked for me is shockwave therapy and 2 times regularly of pelvic stretches and Kegels every day. I am only 60-70% healed yet with a good progress and instant relief. There is hope guys and keep up the work.
Wow, thank you. I hope everyone can read this!

Hi Nicklas. I have exactly this type of pelvic floor disfunction. I have exactly the same symptoms you guys have. I was diagnosed with cpps ( chronic pelvic pain syndrome) or chronic prostatitis and levator ani syndrome. I’ve been through all those treatments and controls and medications the doctors gave, nothing of them worked nor do I have any disease. Only the pelvic floor stretches and plan I do through a website called Aidplan and your stretches have been successful, doing it two times a day. In addition to that I do a lot of kegels. Finding the trigger points with a Massage stick and tennis ball have also worked( check it out on youtube). It all started with when I was first terrified of my stomach issues that I thought it could be something serious but it was just a bacterial infection and IBS. After 1 month with anxiety and stress I got this shit called pelvic floor disfunction. I just had six rounds of shock wave therapy treatment and finally things are going better with very slow progress. The doctors are underestimating this syndrome because it's not dangerous, but in reality it has a great impact of ruining your life quality and sex life. I'm a married man with a daughter and it has affected my wife more than me. Unfortunately I'm working in an office 5 days in a week, and it is really hard to be moving a lot during a day so I'm doing walks every day after work. The main solution is to not make this the only problem to solve in your life and control your emotional awareness.

A scan revealed that I have a bilateral fracture in my L5 which sits just above my pelvis. My doctor doesn’t think the fracture is significant enough to cause nerve issues. I beg to differ. Combined with internal haemorrhoids and bowel issues, I am convinced that something is definitely going on with my nerves. When I had a flare up, it was as though somebody was inserting a hundred hypodermic needles into my vagina and anus. My vagina was completely numb and I could feel pins and needles at different times running through my back. There was also a rash which covered the inside of my bum cheeks and spread onto my vagina which drove me insane - the itching and burning was horrible. I also suffered 2-3 UTI’s with my urine showing up with blood. Sleeping at night was difficult and I would resort to putting a bag of frozen peas between my legs and up against my vagina and anus which gave some relief. My doctor wants to treat me for herpes with antivirals but I know his diagnosis is wrong. I haven’t had sex in 5-6 years and a test done 12 months ago revealed I have no sexually transmitted diseases. It’s frustrating trying to get help.

I had my rectum anus and spinster muscle removed due to sepsis. The wound opened 11 days after surgery and took 10 months of nurses coming to my home every other day unpacking and packing the wound because of this I have severe adhesions entwined with not only the prudential nerve, but also all the nerves of my Pelvic floor and all the nerves that were left all those nerves that control the movement and the peristalsis my doctor did not dissect he cut through all of the nerves horrendous is that and I am left with crippling pain thank God I am an optimistic and positive person and I am working through this as best I can. I was 100% normal before this surgery, riding horses travel to see my kids and my grandchildren walking 10,000 steps a day taking care of the elderly volunteering so many things cooking going grocery shopping he took them for me and I am still going to win somehow I will win!!!
