This has been really helpful for me. I have really tense tissue In this area and I thought it was swollen nerves or veins , but now I know that it is the tissue or fascia. I am going to do this everyday along with starting physical therapy for pelvic floor and pudendal neuralgia . I also have a nerve block procedure and was wondering if that is counter productive to pelvic floor therapy? Are the injections the same as nerve block? I am currently seeing two different specialist and one recommends injections and therapy and the other recommends nerve block procedure . I’m not sure what to do first?
CPPS or non-bacterial prostatitis is TMS (Mind-Body Syndrome). AidPlan does not recognize this, and the effectiveness of the treatment is thereby limited.
Nonsense. Tms is related to Cpps but mine was caused by an abdominal injury so it's a mix of both...some people it's TMS, some people an injury, some people both.
@@jonas-j3h untrue in my case. I had an undiagnosed abdominal hernia which was left untreated for 10 plus years so like I said I'm no expert but I have lived this and this led to terrible abdominal and pelvic pain and like the guy says here there's severe tension. This helps. I see you commenting a lot on these videos. I don't believe what you are doing is helpful and with this condition being misunderstood and under diagnosed in men it's very counter productive. You're entitled to do it of course but I think perhaps that energy could be directed in a better way. This is really helping me
Thanks for actually showing how to do this

@@Kearnage1 all injuries heal, unless there was extreme trauma. Your remaining symptoms after healing occured are neuroplastic in nature

Injuries don't heal instantaneously
@@amethystflower8799 That's correct! But it extremely rare for them to take more than 3-4 months.
