Thank you, @billorollo6755 - it depends... if you suffer from a tight PF or pudendal neuralgia then do reverse kegel first and then add regular kegels after some time. If your symptomes are caused by a "weak" (better: dysfunctional) PF, you could start with regular kegels.
would it to make more sense to do the reverse kegel first to unthighten the pelvic floor muscles then the kegel to strenghten them
