3M Headlight Restoration Kit
In this video
I try a different head light restoration kit this time I am using an 3M kit. Last time I used a Cerakote which was easy to use and looked really good but only lasted a year. Time will tell if this kit will last longer!

I really take issue when people take it upon themselves to ignore the instructions and add there own interpretation how it should be done? I don't think the people at 3M will be pleased especially when you consider the cost of the time and money developing this foolproof restoration kit, I like many thousands of other people who took the trouble to read follow the instructions are more than happy with the results, As far as the grit sizes are concerned there perfect for removing old cracking clearcoat along with heavy oxidation!!! Yours didn't have this issue!!🤔😡

If you use extra sandpaper you can’t go wrong, that can only refine the scratches so the end result will be a lot better, if you know anything about sanding. The 3M kit is ok if that’s all you have, but not great.

what were the symptoms that lead you to this? i have a 2010 mazda 3 base and the fan speeds all seem weaker than they used to be. all the speeds work, but just not as strong it seems. im wondering if somehow the resistor is dying, or if its the motor itself.

All that's needed on the auger shafts is anti-seize lube so they don't rust onto the shafts. They only need to spin when the shear pin breaks and you will replace it right away anyway. You should always install an impeller kit (rubber belting on the end of each impeller) so rocks won't get caught in the impeller and burn up your belt. It will also throw the snow farther and keep from plugging up when blowing wet heavy snow.

Could you make a video about how to change the front differential fluid if possible? I would very much appreciate that. The dealer change my transfer case fluid and front+rear diff fluid for 350. I know the dealer replaced the drain and fill plugs for the rear diff and I guess they did for the front diff too. That alone is $140 according to the Nissan parts store. They also replaced the washers for the t case drainage and fill plugs according to the invoice.

Hello, I liked the video. I am so shocked the amount dealers want to charge for a brake fluid flush ! I have a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and need to attempt multiple project [replace control arm bushing on the front & timing cover gasket replacement] however I would like to raise the vehicle before I attempt these. I had a few questions about your quickjack - (.1) what model is it ? 5000 or 7000TL ? (2.) did you need to get an extension kit ? (3.) are they easy to move around ? I have found Costco has a deal on them and was inspired by your video to look into them Thanks again - sunny

I have the 7000 version I think the 5000 wouldve been close it the max weight capacity. I do like them they are inexpensive for a portable lift you get about 20" of clearance its not alot but can help when doing some jobs. I would recommend the truck adapter it should give you a little extra height. I dont have them but I have been eye balling them for a while. I also bought my lift from costco I found it had the best pricing when on sale. This lift makes it easy to do winter swaps and brake jobs etc by getting all tires off the ground at the same time. I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

you can buy a new applicance for $1200 why pay $400 to repair a switch . and elements too if you cannot repair it yourself it's not worth paying $600 in labour to fix used applicance. all the elements will break or need replacing and the double switch will not least more than 5 years too.

the triple switches DG44-01007B is not even availblone online and ETF is 6 weeks no reason other than manufacturers deliberately not shippping tparts dealers. it's be unavailable online for 4 months on special order. it's a common thing they don't want people repairing themselves, you have to call samsung to repair it and pay them $400 to fix it.

another problem this part DG44-01007B the triple switch is not even in stock that you can buy in store and not even online. and no wait ETA is 6 weeks, the manufacture doesn't want people fixing their used appliances. and deliberately not shipping parts to part dealers or consumers to fix in Canada.

it's these complicate flimsy dual and triple controls. there is no need for it 8 wires on switch meaning 4 controls 1. electricity flow. 2 . second control 3. triple control and 4. surface sensor 6 wires. 1. 1 temp control 2. dual control. 3 surface sensor . electric ranges are very basic appliance, they just make more and more complicate like wi fi which is not necessary
