As we are conditioned we make wrong assumptions. This is an informationbased reality which our findamental consciousness projects. But information is not nothing. Information is real. So even this is a virtual reality, virtual cosmos, virtual avatars (humans) just our actual avatar, there is nothing more real than every VR we interpret. Our dreams are real, the information in this VR is real even the ruleset isn‘t physical. Information exists, because consciousness exists. There is no information without consciousness and reality is just a function of fundamental consciousness, but real not nothing. No other VR is more real than this, information is equal and we are the gatherer of information. Hope this helps

Today I was returning some books to the library and was about to cross the street. As I approached the street, I looked both ways and out of nowhere, it hit me 'My mental thoughts are exactly as my life is' as if my life currently is the exactly as my thoughts. It hit me like a ton of bricks, my dominant thoughts are exactly my life, i don't know how else to explain it. At that moment it made absolute sense, that there was no difference, that I was exactly where my thoughts have led me.

Pink Floyd said something like The sun is eclipsed by the moon so I will see you on the dark side of the moon

Right. The only thing that makes any sense is awareness. That is the only 'thing' you can feel sure about, confident about etc. Thoughts can get pretty fancy - pretty clever - but only awareness really makes 'sense'.

Very nice. How easy is it to think there's a role for 'you' in all this - something to 'do'. Language pushes us in that direction anyway. Even to try to speak of it is asking for trouble. My dog sleeps the rain falls and this sentence needs no end.

If I may ask, if there's no me then who is the I that supposed to remain in awareness, and being dragged in and out of awareness by the me? Isn't that mean I can be in and out of awareness? But isn't it I'm the awareness itself? I thought awareness is something still, unmoving, empty like space and there's no way awareness can be in and out of itself. Could you please explain? Thank you.

I just found your channel. ❤ I love the way you say « consciousness itself being experienced rather than everything being a self-contraction going into the mind ». If that self-contraction is coming up there is a desire here to see what the body wants to do with it as held pent-up energy waiting to be released. This in turn seems to dissolve the original item that was being resisted. All seen and not taken seriously, but looked at with curiosity. Would you agree with this way of unbinding?

YES….so, don’t buy into the thoughts, just observe, staying connected with awareness, then with no judgment, there is only aliveness/ awareness ! It’s when you said, ‘ego is the thief,’ resonated with me….the constant thoughts,cause separation from awareness, then suffering ! Is it that simple Steve ?

So, do I just focus on the awareness, the aliveness and just observe the thoughts, as passing clouds ? In awareness, thoughts are arising, yet I can feel separation when Ime identify with my thoughts ? If that makes sense ?
