I just found your channel. ❤ I love the way you say « consciousness itself being experienced rather than everything being a self-contraction going into the mind ». If that self-contraction is coming up there is a desire here to see what the body wants to do with it as held pent-up energy waiting to be released. This in turn seems to dissolve the original item that was being resisted. All seen and not taken seriously, but looked at with curiosity. Would you agree with this way of unbinding?

Thank you for responding. I can’t really answer your question here but what I can say is that, consciousness is the root source and experience of the object. Self Contraction is the result of identification. I sense you know that already. I’m pleased you like my channel. You are welcome to join my live webinar every Thur 7.30pm. Thank you.

Idk why however, this question is arising. If someone is kidnapped or is in an abusive relationship, whats that???? Is THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENING? Or WHERE IS THAT HAPPENING???

This happens yes. Counselling or other types of therapy can help with such traumas. My next posting ill explain how enquiry and therapy come together. Thank you for your comment.
