I love the content brother, seeing your hard work is making me work harder! The workout was awesome, however, I am concerned about your breathing though. It "looks" like you're holding your breath and not exhaling on the concentric portion of the exercises, if so, building up dangerous amounts of pressure. You should be exhaling on the concentric, and inhaling on the eccentric portions.

I got in the trade in 1974. Passed my journeyman exam in 1977 and retired from the trade in 2013. In all those years I was only out of work 6 weeks in the summer of 1975 due to a construction slow down in my area. 3 things I would suggest. 1 learn motor control circuitry. 2 hone your trouble shooting skills. 3 learn to read and understand prints. Quick story in 1976 while still an apprentice I was specifically sent to a job because of my ability to read blue prints. The electrical rough in inspection had failed 3 times and the master running the job couldn't figure it out. I was given 2 weeks on this building. Achieved the goal. Never knew what became of that master electrician after that

Hey brother my name is Charles Persaud I recently graduated from trade school was wondering what should I do to a job in the field. I’ve been applying to IBEW, Calling companies asking if they need helpers and sending out my resume to companies. Most companies want at least a year of experience which I’m trying to get but is hard because nobody isn’t giving me the opportunity to get it.

I understand your struggle of trying to figure out what to do, I would still continue to apply at IBEW I believe it’s a longer process but well worth it. For the local companies If calling isn’t working I would actually go to the shop and introduce yourself face to face.. I believe that would make a great impression.. You Got This!👍🏽

Definitely worth it to get a cordless fan for these hot days. If your journeyman is standing near you, you can go for the new m18 drum fan or go for the ridgid 18V for 50 bucks less (if you have the batteries). If you're working on separate things pick up some little ones and each of you can enjoy one. Pays for itself on the first use. Keep up the good work 🤟🏻
