I'm trying to figure out what to do myself. I wasted ten years going to school for animation. I worked at Pixar as an intern in Summer 2019 and I worked at Deck Nine Games as a junior animator from December 2021 to May 2023. I was part of a mass layoff. On February 9, 2023, I began to experience dizziness, which I'm still trying to figure out. It's just part of my life now. I have not been able to find another job in the industry and lots of layoffs are happening. I don't know if I should try to become a plumber or an electrician. I'm basically a failure in this life. 1989. I grew up during Dragon Ball and Toonami era. Those legendary days of cartoons and anime. I'm at a complete loss at this point. I have no idea why I'm alive.

Now tie it into your house with an appropriate interlock kit so you can pick and choose what to run for when power goes out. Change the generator to floating neutral and buy or make a simple bonded neutral plug if you need to run generator on separate things. That amount of power will run more than you think it will as long as you're not wanting it to power HVAC, water heater, electric oven, etc.

@@PrecursorYanghow to apply in union after u done trade school?
@Lassana755 Trade school is a sham. Just apply online or walk into your nearest local trade union. The union will teach you everything you need to know. You get paid on-the-job training, and the apprenticeship schooling is designed to help you take ANY journeyman test/ license across the US. Technically your journeyman card should let you work anywhere in the US, but some local requires you to have a state license in order to work in their jurisdiction.
All facts!!!

Man, I’m really stuck between continuing a career in sales or becoming an electrician. I feel like sales is harder to find a good job that pays well and suits my wife but when you do find it a good paying sales job, you could be making way more money for less hours compared to trades. Do you have consistent work but you might have to work 80 hour weeks to really make good money. I’ve been looking through Reddit groups and forums looking for advice, and just curious how many millionaires electricians there are versus sales people
@@kalebstout7673 Hey Kaleb! I definitely can relate to how you’re feeling..With me being in retail these were some of the same tough conversations I had with my wife. Retail has a lot of opportunities especially in sales, But I believe you can achieve those same goals in the electrical Trade.. You can become a Forman, Master Electrician or even open your own business. Me personally I was willing to take the leap of faith with the Electrical Trade & just trusting in God & myself to put the work in to make it for my Family… You Got This Kaleb keep talking to your wife about it & Pray Brother.
