If you take the wires, pull them tight, and run the handle of your linemans over them, it will straighten the wires out beautifully!! Helps to make it look neater!

Hi dude. Nice connections on the terminals.
By code you can only have 2 cables in a romex connector. Looks like you had them all running through one big connector on the top of the panel.
The 1/2” black button romex connectors are nice for panel installations. Quick and easy. Keep working hard and stick with the electrical!

Definitely worth it to get a cordless fan for these hot days. If your journeyman is standing near you, you can go for the new m18 drum fan or go for the ridgid 18V for 50 bucks less (if you have the batteries). If you're working on separate things pick up some little ones and each of you can enjoy one. Pays for itself on the first use. Keep up the good work 🤟🏻

Hey brother my name is Charles Persaud I recently graduated from trade school was wondering what should I do to a job in the field. I’ve been applying to IBEW, Calling companies asking if they need helpers and sending out my resume to companies. Most companies want at least a year of experience which I’m trying to get but is hard because nobody isn’t giving me the opportunity to get it.

For the local companies If calling isn’t working I would actually go to the shop and introduce yourself face to face.. I believe that would make a great impression.. You Got This!👍🏽
