I'd love to see a video on buying the older 100+ year old farmhouses and what to look out for/issues that can come up in ownership/maintenance. Whether it's a bad idea to buy one of these properties when they are right next to an agricultural field that's probably sprayed with Roundup. I love these properties but I'm guessing they get a lot of overspray.

Is it a bad thing to live near a creek, for potential flooding?

We are interested in the farmhouses in the rural areas, so many are 100+ years old though. Have your clients done any lead testing of the paint or plumbing in these homes?

We're in arizona, how does cost of living compare? For instance in summer the electric can be $400-500 because of the air conditioning, what are utilities like in the winter, etc?

Iowa has to be better than Florida. My house payment went from 550 to 1200 per month. Car insurance is 400 The cost of food is ridiculous. Electricity has gone up 200 more per month. It is just too expensive in my area. I don't live in a big city.

if average u dont want higher education as ur class mate will already be a muti millionair by inheritance ...and cry for free food n high costs because rich want one hing------more ,,,opps i mean ALL. Rich in Iowa travel around daily from free food and prizes play some dumpster dive,,,,they go to small working man acreages and buy all the eggs up so no-one else can get them. They have system working gf(they dont marry) that they truck around(new trucks) to pick up EVERYTHING the system has to offer. They network and con all government programs as if they were family----heard of the Bump commercial? They are pros because they were once VERY conservative(and vote that way) Deferred to no taxes....Private banking.....on and on

Okoboji area has the highest average cost per house.

We live in the in Clive in the Waukee school district. I feel it’s the best area in Iowa to live. Can get on either I 80 or I 35 in less than 5 minutes.

You missed the Bedell house in the Spirit Lake/Okoboji area as the most expensive. It just sold for $9.5 million.

Nope, he's just trying to sell to you folks with big city money. It's awful here, stay where you are, especially if you're from a blue state. We don't need big changes. Move to a place better suited to you, like Washington or California
