Let's GOOOOOOO! Hypno pulling a whole new rank. I don't know, mewtwo could pull into that new rank with it's higher base special though.... Pikachu is going to be pain but double team is without question just about needed for Brock, plus it's going to be most likely on the final moveset along with tbolt, body slam(subject to change based on overall need) and mimic. I'd be kinda foolish to give Pikachu the benefit of the doubt but I can't see it being higher than C tier even with perfect optimizations, but lower than that does feel slightly more accurate.

Considering it's sparce movepool, pidgeotto really did surprise me getting the near end of C tier. That was insane though! Hypno is going to be busted, just enough balanced stats plus being the only psychic line to have a stat boosting move in meditate... If would be insane to see it not in S or A tier

That was a very good run with Arbok, just getting to B tier is a testament to how much of a sleeper it is compared to its other mono poison brethren. Pidgeotto that's going to be bumpy run, low C tier would be giving it good commitment considering no strong STAB flying moves not named fly or sky attack (situational but still)
