I attended Frogwarts for the first time this year and selected Hogsmeade because I didn't know what to expect. I'll definitely get sorted into a house next year, though. A lot of the challenges looked like fun! You had great tips for participating in the challenges! Thanks for a great video!

The threaded needles is always my best kept secret. I use the sweet treats tray with needleminders and keep my colors on it. So helpful. ❤❤

Hi!! I had a blast at frogwarts also. Which Gryffindor class were you in? Were you the Melissa in transfiguration class? I slept 13 hours Sunday night because the retreat is so exhausting but I had so much fun!!!!

Stitch New England was my first retreat and I was so nervous but I’m SO glad I jumped in! So much fun and I met so many lovely people! Was nice getting to meet you! Can’t wait for next year!

This was a fun series of videos. There were several pieces that made me think "I have that! Maybe I should finally start it!" lol 🪡👠

I love having a full set of DMC - I acquired it over time during sales. It is interesting to look at some of the colors and see how they've changed. I try to keep two full skeins in reserve; the hardest part for me is keeping my spreadsheet updated when I open a skein. I forgot that the Park Hopper Bart piece used etoile. I haven't started it yet, but now that I hear you talk about it I was thinking it was a good excuse to try etoile and see what I thought of it. My Hobby Lobby had all of their colors on clearance and I didn't get any because I didn't care for how it felt in the skein, and it looked "messy" - that's the best word I can think of. I enjoyed this section, and I've seen the final one posted.. I hope to get to watch it soon! 🪡👠

*whispers* finish it, finish it! Let’s see Apache and your fair piece done! Paper charts are lovely when you have a power outage, you don’t need to worry about your device running out of juice. I take photos of color charts so I can “paint” over it because highlighter is basically invisible on certain charts.
