Your 12 new starts all look like fun. I'm with you - next year I just want to stitch. With a full time job, part time job and full time course schedule, that may be difficult! I'm going to try to do the 25/7 thing that some folks have been doing just to get a length of floss a day into a project. We'll see if I can manage that at least. 2022 is a stitch from stash year for me. I've done way too much stimulating of the needlework economy this year, and if I'm only stitching for 25 minutes a day, I certainly should be able to use what I have here. I have a couple of exceptions; I have a floss of the month club and I'll do the Silver Needle Circle of Friends club again. Other than that, I'm just going to keep finding treasures in my stash. I'm wishing you and your family all of the blessings and joy of the season!
Hey there! Your Flosstube recording schedule sounds like mine...I also don't have a good private space to make videos, and I get self-conscious when I know my husband and/or kid can listen in. But I'm going to try to do better this year - we'll see. Oh, I stitched the wheelbarrow last year! It IS a quick little stitch, and the assembly wasn't too hard either (if I'm remembering correctly). Maybe I'll try to record a video sometime this week and show it off for you. :)
Congrats on the finish! That looks awesome! And I have to say, much as I don't always comment, your two FB stitch groups are the only two I kept when I pruned down my groups last year--well, okay, along with the cross-stitch storage and solutions group. But I really appreciate your laid-back attitude. I'd like to get my blog going again for the Wipocalypse group, but I spend all day, every day on the computer, writing, so it's not fun to spend time doing the same in the evenings. And I'm with you on the stitch from stash next year. I've been cheating a bit, kitting out some of my favorite patterns so I have them to stitch, but cross-stitch stuff was my "retail therapy" for much of the last 18 months or so.
