Love your Fair submissions. Good thoughts about entering. I say leave the dragon without the border. If anything, I’d say maybe add a quote? I really enjoyed checking in with you today! 💜 - Laura :)
You make a great point about fair submissions. I'll try to put my big girl panties on next year and get something ready to submit. I've had You Were Hatched since it came out, too - and I think it's been kitted up almost that long. I still haven't started it yet. I do sort of like the knotwork in the corners, but it does look lovely with just the dragon, too. (I'm really no help with opinions on that one lol) Witch's Wheel is stunning - I'm glad you framed it so that the fabric shows; I agree that it's part of the design. And The Castle is probably my all-time favorite of TW's designs; the framing is lovely on that as well as what you chose for your Mira round robin.
I wonder if the Halloween issue isn't included because some anti-halloween stitchers would make a giant fuss about getting a (insert negativity) issue.
I can’t speak for all fairs, but it’s very good at the Big E. They have fair workers assigned to keep eyes on sections of the displays and remind you about No touching if you are too close.
@@Geekywitch Thanks, good to know. I've fallen in love with your witches circle pieces and am thinking it's going to be my next purchases, along with the fabric. I really shouldn't watch floss tube!! I'm enjoying catching up on your older ones, too. Steph
Your finally finished and framed pieces are gorgeous.
Thank you! I’m so happy with them!

Do it! Seriously - you don’t even need to read the comments from the judges. Just show off your work!
To piggy back off what you said about the fair, if the entries are down then the craft portion of the fair is in jeopardy of being shut down.

Just curious how the security is in the fairs? Any concerns about someone taking your work?
