This show did good female characters back before there was a big push for it and the show did it without being agenda driven. It just simply had good female characters. I wish current shows would take notes. People do not hate strong female characters and this show 100% proves it. We just hate it being forced and agenda driven.

In the live action series they put in a very little nice extra to the story that the 41st division, whos live Zuko saved, is in the end the crew he got with him later. So when Iroh tells that to the crew, while Zuko rescues Aang, when Zuko comes back they bow all respect to him. I think that was a really nice extra because before they often thought he was an asshole who doesn't care about them, but now they knew he saved their all lives and paid for that with his scar and the bansihment.

I hate the baby. I know it's a cartoon, and some liberties are taken with reality, but there's such a thing as too far for me. How did the toddler get up on the railing? Since when does a toddler have the grip strength enough to hold onto a tail while being dangled in mid-air? It's also a stretch for Momo to be able stay aloft at all, while supporting the weight of the baby, but while I don't love it, this is closer to the kind of allowance I'm willing to make, and at least he had trouble and was ultimately brought to the ground.

Toph is my favourite character in the show, and it is also so painful to wait so long until she finally makes an entrance!

Ella Purnell is also great in Fallout, thus we got double blessed this year with two video game adapting franchises that had her in it. I had also been shipping Jayce and Viktor, but I can forgive Jayce falling for Mel. She is so hot! But also this episode showed me the start of the ship I was really here for: Violyn. I had played League of Legends before and those two had been shipped by many before the show came around. Also, regarding the pacing, some people say the second season feels rushed, but watching the reactions o the first season and noticing how many things will get callbacks later makes me wonder if the people who disliked the second season have not really watched it. But that is a discussion better left for whe the reactions get into that season.

If you like Ella Purnell you should check her out in Fallout. She's the main protagonist we follow around and that show is another one like Arcane that's just lightning in a bottle.

FYI when Vi & Cait first meet in the jail cell , there's a brief moment when the music just changes tone & softens for a few seconds . That's when I new is there something there😂

The juxtaposition with all these characters, Vi & Cait , Jinx & Silco , Jayce & Mel , Vi & Powder , Jayce & Victor & the writing for all these characters the depth & complexity is simply outstanding.❤❤❤❤❤
