You're free to your opinion however I've never laid a hand on her, nor did I ever cheat on her, nor have I ever made false complaints on her, as a matter of fact I always tried to communicate or compromise. Even in offering dissolution and "chalking it up" to being incompatible. Once I have compiled all the other portions of this, I think you'll see things from a different perspective. Then to receive a photo from My sponsor (when I was forced out of my residence and told that if I stepped foot in Shelby id be immediately arrested and all along she was selling through everything I worked for and blowing the money on weed, getting drunk at Olive Garden with her friend and a guy who was suppose to be my friend that she was indulging in sexual acts with (this was after I got arrested). Triangulating and trying to make me look like some bad guy when I Overly Extended my kindness, took her in and her kid she made from her adulterous acts back in 2010 just months after we had gotten married. No disrespect towards the kid as I did everything I did because of the kid, not because of her mother. I was the only one supporting them, she put me in a predicament of paying her 500$ car payment for 5 months while she sat at the house stoned calling her X boyfriends while I'm out everyday working to bring the money to her! Even after my case was dismissed and I was able to go back home (almost 6 months later) and after I had been assaulted by her (choked and hiptossed on the pavement while my hands were in my pockets.) my bond was revoked and I was taken to jail, where I sat from July 17 2022, to August 12th I believe. She went home like nothing happened and was never charged for assault or Domestic (seeing as she has a previous one, for threatening to sh00t me in the face which she said was a threat and a promise SPD OFFICER Bushey charged her with DV. I did not go to the station to have her charged, I went to try and get assistance in acquiring my 3200$ silkscreen equipment that I had just bought recently (this was December 2010). and that all of this stemmed from her threatening suicide after i told her I wasn't going to argue with her anymore that I was leaving. She went for her gun and I had to struggle with her to disarm her. I would pummel that girl if I would have ever hit her. Try dealing with a Sociopath who gets aggressive and straight close fist punches you in your face because you took 30 minutes cleaning up the yard you have been stressing over for 2-3 weeks, which was a mess because you built a building to store all your your tools and remodeled the room in the house to accompany the child, including building her s loft bed. So because I took 30 minutes to clean something up that had been stressing me out, (,yet she could have offered to help??? Yeah right...) I went outside and started helping a friend who actually cared enough to try and help me cause he heard me stressing. I'm not about to sit and watch someone clean up my mess and not at least assist them? .)

And it's no longer a thing, nor will it ever be. She got pregnant by another one of her affair partners. So she's had 2 kids from 2 different men other than her husband all while she was married. I feel for the kid as well which is why I tried as much as I did.

I understand completely that your goal is to prove your wife wronged you, and she did in this scenario. MY point was all of the danger around your child that was clearly displayed on one of the cop videos. Large caliber firearms sitting loaded right on the couch, a loaded pistol in the same case, taser guns in reach of the child in the bedroom, drug paraphernalia on the bed, and again, Lauren smoking in the trailer (not sure if you do too). She clearly has mental health issues, potentially substance issues and for sure adultery issues…that’s not in question but again, your concern should always be ONLY for your child in all of those moments. Ms. Mcclain explained that she was hit by the door several times as he was trying to get inside. @@AKA-Nana Ultimately, I was forced out of my home, arrested and placed in jail for 26 days until I was bonded out (By her yet I was told by Pre Trial-Supervisor Lisa Snay "Don't tell us that!"... She had tried recanting her statement not even 24 hours after both April 5th and April 6th. I was contacted April 4th, 2022, around 10 PM by Officer Aaron Bushey (Ironically, he's the same officer who charged her for Domestic Violence December 22 2017 just 5 months after we got married *June 23 2010*.) He instantly told me, "Your being charged for felony 3 abduction, you have a warrant for your arrest, the marshals are looking for you, you need to turn yourself in, we don't want anything bad to happen to you." Unfortunately, I know how these tyrannical pol-icy enforcers act. I stated to him, "Um why would I turn myself in for something I didn't do?" I even sent him video of her walking out of the house and down the street. Later come to find the police report states that she "escaped" and ran. FAR from the truth. I had been dealing with her suicidal threats and her physical abuse, her putting her hands on me. They waived their preliminary hearing, but my mother and I were not told that happened... Nor did we get to speak in front of a judge. We were told they had "separated us because it was such a sensitive situation", but yet they didn't separate us when she had claimed I abducted her (held her against her will in the home for over an hour... Which did not happen) If anything I disarmed a person who was in the commission of a felony seeing as she was not to be in possession of a firearm!
