She’s a narcisist/ sociopath that absolutely DOES NOT CARE that she killed two, or even one person” lol. ….I just keep thinking, “you’ll see in two seconds, guys….you’ll see” when the cop lays it out for her in the exam room, that no matter how drunk a person is, it’s not like they’re complely an opposite person of who they usually are. It’s still the same person that goes and gets this drunk on the regular with her friends and like she said, “I’m just getting the night started”. This is a person that is repeated all the time….so even if it stands that “it’s just bc she’s drunk”, this drunk person is out there unleashed on the world all the time. Especially to build up a tolerance like she’s got….this is just the only time she’s been caught with consequences. Obviously, she’s a spoiled brat who gets away with a lot of bad behavior, seeing that this is the personality she aquired. I sure hope a lot changes with her in the 14 years she’s given….for taking away TWO people from their whole lives and the people that love and depend on them, and she’s worried about her car and class tomorrow, and bored bc the cop is too quiet and not entertaining her so she gonna sing……Gahhhh!!!

So if we agree that the woman is too drunk to drive can we also agree she was too drunk to exercise good judgment as to not driving which leads me to ask how can we expect her to exercise good judgment during the police investigation?

The whole argument is about our constitutional God given right to travel and that our constitution says that is the government issues a fee and or license for a god given right it is our right as Americans to ignore that license and fee it's all about constitutional rights being stripped

The only sovereign citizens I run into are the COPS. We lost our freedoms long ago with incredibly nitpicky laws like seat beats.

The cop that started doing the sobriety test seemed to have some cognitive issues. He could not form a sentence for something he should have done dozens or hundreds of times before.

Unbelievably, I worked with a SovCit in - of all places - Saudi Arabia. First, he insisted he should be allowed to purchase a gun as 'it was his constitutional right', except that only applies in the US of course. Then he bought a car and drove around without valid license, registration or insurance. Random roadblocks are common in Saudi and all foreign nationals are expected to carry their ID at all times. Amazingly, he actually started his SovCit bull with Saudi police. End result: sacked from job and deported. What a fool.

Evading the police isn't a ticket. It's a felony. Without cuffs these police officers didn't do an adequate job, let alone a superb job. I wonder how often these cops let a felony suspect hand them a phone.

It always shocks me when a police officer goes through the field sobriety test. It seems like they would know better. I would definitely refuse the test even though I would be 100% sober. I would do worse than this officer did. I would do the PBT, though, because I would not have a drop of alcohol in me and feel that the breath test would help in my defense.

My eyes change color. They variate between blue, green and sometimes grey. Could never get a concensus as a kid so I always list my eye color as hazel.
