What things do you expect to prevent you from doing additional side degrees? You can't assume to have a subjective right to study in a higher education study program after you have graduated without applying to it and becoming admitted. While still studying in a study program it is likely that you are allowed to take courses in other fields, if they have room in them. Why would you want to have more bachelor's degrees? Or is the motion to study in some other field and the degree just a formal additional part of the process?

More than a quarter of study places at Finnish higher education institutions are currently granted to students who already have a study place at a higher education institution or another or more higher education degrees of the same level. Since these studies are mostly funded by public funds there is political discussion of the desirability of this situation. There are plans to limit studies to one study place at a time to make the educational system more effective from the societies point of view. There already is a limitation of getting admission to no more than one higher education study program in a academic year.

The lower, bachelors, degree is more like a required milestone on the road to master's degree, which is the actual degree people are aiming to. Achieving two master's isn't an easy challenge, but people do it because they know the competition to highest job positions is tough and they need skills from several fields. More than two master's degrees is rare. But I know a person who started doing 4 at a time and one of them was actually aiming to become a doctor of medicine, which is a higher degree than a master's degree. That was too challenging even for him. He had to cut down his workload. He did become a specialist doctor in Medicine working in a University Hospital and completed two other master's degrees in other fields.

I would assume that all should understand to use also the official sources like the studyinfo website educational institutions own websites. Nigeria has a huge population and not all are from poor backgrounds. Statistics from the Finnish Immigration Service show that significant numbers of Nigerian students have sufficient funds for supporting their living in Finland and paying also tuition fees. I agree that too many students underestimate the need to become sufficiently fluent in a local language, mainly in Finnish. But Finnish isn't especially difficult language to learn. It just takes effort like any language, and plenty of practice.

Life long learning and people changing careers later in life is normal in Finland. But when you're reaching retirement age, there are some things to be aware of, if you plan to start a new career. In most fields and organisations hiring younger people is preferred for various reasons. Physical strength requirements, health issues, some pension payment issues and just prejudiced ideas about older persons ability to learn new things and accept changes into their life and behavior can add challenges in finding employment.
