Also it's night that right before the form moves, it looks like it scrunches really quickly, like anticipation. You could drag this out another fourth of a second just to exaggerate it, then follow through a little right after, but good job remembering to squash!

Also maybe add more movement to the body along with the bobbing of the head, just so the audience gets a better idea of it's characteristics.

The bobbing of the head looks really nice, but during the walk cycle you should add a little more movement, or follow-through, to the body to make it flow more. I think the title at the end may be a little far to the right, check your title and action safe again. Maybe add the purple we chose in there somewhere too. The sound worked well with these types of birds.

Really interesting form! It definitely looks like a small bird. The fluttering of the tail is a nice touch, along with the hopping. It really shows the audience how this animal moves. When the form turns into the word, maybe you could have it go straight to the end point rather than bouncing in the corner. Nice illustration again!

Excellent use of text to form the shape of the bird! It's very interesting and the fly zooming around in the beginning really shows the audience a characteristic of these birds. Wile the form is going back into the word, it looks like the wings are fluttering, and it would be really cool if you could drag that out a little longer before it forms the word. Again, nice use of illustration. Everything is legible, but I would add some of the blue in somewhere.

You did a good job of matching the sound with the movement of the head. You should use white as the text color because it's hard to read the black on the dark blue background. The drawing of the bird is a great idea instead of using an image. Go back and shorten the video so that it stops around 6 or 7 seconds. The final layout is good, the title is big and legible and everything seems to be within the title and action safe box.

Jeet: - Great squash and stretch in the book. - In general I think the book comes down little fast while jumping (I don't know if you ment to do it). - The plier has good personality, Little motion to it might have made big change in the characteristic.

Zack Tompkins The timing of everything seems pretty fluid though there are a few instances where I would add just a few frames for anticipation (while the pliers are standing before they knock the book and a few frames before the book starts cowering beneath the pliers.) The timing of the flip itself though is spot on.

Zack Tompkins The demeanor of the pliers is a little more difficult to get before they actually react to the book which could be fixed by animating even a small yawn cycle before the book gets to him. (an exaggerated chest heave for instance.)

Zack Tompkins To start off, I think the squash and stretch on the book is very effective. You could have exaggerated it even more but as the book is bending at a point I think it works very well. (I noticed a point where it is exaggerated even more and the book is more curved, both look great.) I really enjoy the whimsical nature of the book as well, the jumps feel like they are from leapfrog or hopscotch.

-You can possible use more of a pause right before the pliers "push-back" if you will, but all in all very good timing. Great Job!

Amy Quinn -Not a lot of anticipation, but I don't think it's needed. I like the amount of squash with the book, but I think you could take it even further. I also love the use of the plier handles as legs. Very creative. -As far as personality goes, the pliers seem to be somewhat annoyed with being bothered. I think you accomplished that well. The book, I can't tell what it's feeling, but at this point in the game the main objective is achieved.
