What if super speed isn't actually super speed but just super processing. Like you aren't actually moving fast per say, your brain is the one moving fast like your body isn't affected so everything is super slow, but you move at normal speed. So for everyone your super fast, but in reality you got winded like 4 times, and just played it off like you had real super speed.
