When I was playing live poker for a side income, I saw amateur players believe they were the best after winning a bit. (I was guilty of this as well..) Then, after a few losses, they rode the idiot coaster to the pit of despair. What separates the pro's from amateurs is their willingness (and ultimately with smart bankroll mgt) to ride it out. Learning to stay humble when you're winning is definitely an underrated quality.

But what I do get is your professionally dishonest and help people misrepresent themselves. ghostwriters help absolute idiots and monsters seem like viable people and trick people into supporting things they shouldn't. If we can articulate their problem more clearly than they can, we will be more likely to be trusted and eventually land that client. 1. Make them aware of their problem. Describe it. 2. Present that you know how to help them get out of their "hell" and take them to "paradise".

My takeaway from Cole’s video is that being a creative entrepreneur is like riding a roller coaster filled with ups and downs. However, after investing time in learning how to navigate these emotional highs and lows in my daily life outside of writing, it has become easier to manage them. By mastering my emotions, I have acquired a valuable skill to apply in other areas of my life, especially when building my writing business. I also enjoy using bridges as metaphors, as they are usually level. 😊

A good way to improve flow is: take the last sentence of the prior paragraph and the first sentence of the subsequent sentence. Then put them on a blank document with no line break or para,. Then you can check the flow better. Yes, paras. are different thoughts, but they are part of a complete whole.
