You just proved why 95% of course creators don't know what they're doing. It's a very serious endeavor like I've said all along. Thanks for the guidance and checklist of specific avenues to cover in order to serve our readers/students.
Watching this third time. And every time, I got some new insights to improve the content of the course! Thanks, Cole. You could build the digital product around that! People will love to show the BTS of ship 30 and PGA module creations!!
Ha! I watched this section in your other video from a month or two ago at least 5x 😂 to edit and refine chapters in an upcoming book which are also sections in a workshop. Thanks for breaking it out for me!
I always love what you have to say, Cole! This time it's different: The content of this video is exceptional and the best advice I have ever received on teaching.
“Oh man this is one of their best” - me every time you guys post a video 😂 Seriously, this is excellent, and just-in-time for something I’m working on today.
Watched it again. You can create digital product based on how to conduct cohort based course in the correct way. It will be helpful for people who want to create an engaging community.
Yooo thanks for putting out this video! This topic stood out to me in one of your previous videos so it's nice to hear it more fleshed out. I'm using the framework to outline some things as we speak. Thanks again.
@@nicolascole77 Everyone I know says I’m too technical (which isn’t intentional), but because of that I have the presence of mind to be exhaustive. Except I can’t always tell when I’m suitably meeting that requirement vs insulting another’s intelligence. So realizing that taking the long way is actually the short (foolproof) way-with regard to writing this 1st course of mine-has put my mind at ease. But that FAQ step I never would’ve had the foresight for. 👌
Love how this embodies a shepherd approach with empathy and service. Can a similar framework/sequence be applied to thinking about all advice type writing? ie: posts, books, presentations

Sooooo helpful!! I’m pre launching a course right now and building it out over the next few weeks.
This advice is gold! Thanks Cole!!
Perfect timing 📈📈
