Fried Pork Masala/Pork Ularthiyathu ဝက်သားမဆလာကြော်(Kerala/Indian Cuisine)
Today, I will show you , most famous cooking method of Kerala - Indian. They add fry coconut slice a well in this kind of medium dry fry. They call it dry fry or roast but its not really dry or roast. You can see in their menu as Pork dry fry/pork roast/pork fry but is only dry out gravy but still maintain soft texture all in one. Okay. You can switch with beef, buffalo,lamb,mutton,chicken. You can find different masala for different meats but you can use only gram masala which common to use. I use here meat/pork masala.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I had fried 2 plates of those onions' potion (twice) Its mean, for that amount of Anchovies, you will need an equal amount of fried onions to mix. I had shown in video one time only, not to take video long time.(sorry that I didn't show 2plates of sliced onion in ingredients, I just wanted to show the all ingredients, not exactly quantity there.please check ingredients details in description box.I hope you can understand now.

Thanks for sharing, very interesting. I didn't realise Burmese cuisine has carrots in it. We don't use a lot in Thailand in the olden days.
Thanks for your lovely comment. Yes, we use carrots in our cuisine, too. This dish is Korean style cooking, The dish call Ojingeo Bokkeum in Korean language. The look is very spicy red color but it has mild spicy taste only. If you can cook in hot plate, you can get better taste.

Hi.yes, some outer area is crispy, but inside meat is soft and juicy texture. If you cook (grill a little longer)very crispy outside,may be,the meat will get dry.

Yes, it's a crunchy texture on 3rd day really fresh but fermented.healthy.I like more sour so I kept 2more day at room temperature after only I kept in fridge to stop fermentation.😋😋😋
