Stir-Fried Fermented Shrimp ပုဇွန်ချဥ်ကြော် (Burmese/Myanmar Cuisine)
This is one of my favourite dishes. I prefer it as a salad to fry. But this way also good to have with hot white rice by mixing it with its oil and goody paste.😋. You can find in the Philippines calls balao balao/burong the same kind of fermentation food.
But the way of having it is different from Burmese. I made a video of how to make fermentation shrimp, which you can find in my previous videos.

INGREDIENTS:
200g fermented shrimp
2nos big onion-sliced
3cloves garlic-sliced
¼tsp turmeric powder
pinch MSG
¼tsp salt
3nos fresh chilli-cut
5tbsp cooking oil
*hand full of love-don't skip it :)
