I agree the movement of this game does somewhat negate the terrible balance it has at face value with Titans and statistically OP guns like the CAR, also improving balance is everyone having access to the same overpowered stuff like the CAR, Titans and certain boosts but these aspects don't make it the most balanced FPS game out there. Games like hunt showdown and insurgency sandstorm with possibly instant TTKs with any gun are objectively more balanced than TF2.

Fun fact: The bugs can summon more Bug Breaches than the Bots can do Bot Drops. A little Scavanger can call in a bug breach. However, only a commisar (and maybe another bot) can summon bot drops.
