Fun fact: The bugs can summon more Bug Breaches than the Bots can do Bot Drops. A little Scavanger can call in a bug breach. However, only a commisar (and maybe another bot) can summon bot drops.
Here's a bunch of tips on strategem usage, they will stick on enemies if you hit them right with it as well as on outside bubble shields as well as personal ones. Combat strats hit the last place it was when fired regardless of wether it was moving or not, support strats however work differently and will always try to land on the beacons even if they are currently moving around the place. I've seen examples of it already but don't know if they are going to remove the effects at some Point, so do with this info what you will.
